Good chocolate, busy place especially with overseas tourists. Seemed to be a lot walking out with pocketfuls but didn't appear to be a lot actually paying? Prices were a bit incredulous. Cafe extremely busy. Service was good but would probably have afternoon tea elsewhere next time.

This well placed venue is an essential when visiting the Island but we were surprised at the cost of the chocolates.. A little 'rich' we felt. The venue is clean though a bit eclectic - Coffee was much needed and hit the spot! And parking is great.

I've been to a few chocolate factories, this one was very disappointing. There were no testers and a block of chocolate was about $16. But hey free entry.

To see the chocolate making tour, there is an inflated price to pay. They seem to be only concerned with catering to overseas tourists who come by the busload. Although I even saw some of them looking shocked at the exorbitant price of the chocolates. You are offered one tiny sample (if you ask) and honestly, the chocolate is nothing... More

Thank you for your recent visit, I am disappointed that you didn't get to experience everything we have offer in our chocolate factory. Admission pricing is very tricky, we keep our prices as low as possible, to cover our running expenses and a little bit for future expansion. Our pricing is also on par with similar attractions, and we are... More

We had an AWESOME time at the Choc factory. The tour was really exciting and informative and the adults and kids loved it. My favorite was the Zoescope. We loved the curry lunch. It was very aunthentic. We bought Chocs for our friends in Adelaide and they loved it. Special mention to Mr. Panny and all the Staff. Very friendly.... More

We had both breakfast and lunch at the cafe, where the food was delicious. The experience was completely worth the price and their chocolate tickets are very nice for the whole family. Favourite thing about the theme park was the zoetrope (has very cool strobe lighting). The games were fun, the chocolate maker was amusing and their fountain was enormous!... More

My husband and I visited here and boy am I glad I didn't have any kids because it would have cost a fortune just to get in the door! Even the panny's chocolate was really expensive. About sixteen dollars for 500g. The place was interesting and there was some cool exhibits. Chocolate statues and a really cool display with strobe... More

Such a shame as this place is so over priced in many ways. From the moment you get in the entrance into the factory is pricey. Then you look at buying chocolate and it's so expensive. The sample we were offered is very tasty. But $7.50 for a bar of chocolate or $16.95 for a bag is just unreasonable. There... More

Pricing is alway tricky, we try too keep our prices as low as possible, but still allow enough to run the establishment properly, allow enough for maintenance, and some money for future expansion. Our Chocolate is all hand made from the finest environmentally sustainable ingredients from around the world. We don't mass produce our chocolate like supermarket brands, and our... More

I am so sorry that the Lady attending to the area at your recent visit did not understand your situation. I completely understand how hard it is to take children with allergies out to everyday places, the extra work and planning it takes for just a simple trip. We do of course allow you to bring your own food in... More
