Nice to see but not worth the money!! With 20 minutes you have seen it. No value for money. Also the lady behind the counter was not nice! After a coffee the kids would go again but that was not possible.... never again, buy youre chocolate in the supermarket = 50% cheaper

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your experience, our chocolate is hand made from the finest ingredients available. Our ingredients come from sustainable, environmentally sound suppliers enabling us to produce the finest quality chocolate available. Our hand made chocolates also have more cocoa and less sugar than the mass-produced supermarket brands. Unfortunately children are not allowed unaccompanied, they... More

Well worth the stop .Keeps the kids happy entertained. There are also some games to play for them to play. They may even learn a thing or two about chocolate.

My family and I visited yesterday and had a great time. I notice there are a number of reviews about the admission price and I agree it's on the expensive side. Thankfully we had a 50% offer we collected from the Penguin Parade (after purchasing a 3 park pass). The factory was quite interesting and there are a few places... More

I visited the Phillip Island Chocolate Factory with 3 grandkids who were very disappointed the chocolate was so expensive. They had saved their money to buy chocolates as gifts for their parents. The cheapest chocolate I saw was 50g for $3.95 or 100g for $6.95. or novelty chocolate of a penquin, koala, frogs and dolphins. The children eventually bought these... More

Due to the mixed reviews, we nearly gave the Chocolate Factory a miss. Very glad that we visited! We enjoyed our coffee's/hot chocolates at the café before entering the chocolate tour, and we found all staff friendly and helpful. Whilst I do agree that the entrance fee is a little pricey ($15 for adults and $10 for children, however, we... More

This place is way over priced and not at all interesting. They are ripping people off. Highly recommend giving it a miss if visiting the island.

If you run out of things to do, then do visit this chocolate factory. Otherwise, skip this place and go see penguins or koalas or hike along the coast or ... Phillip Island is in a nice nature setting and this is really a waste of time.

Many varieties of chocolates were available for purchase and there were plenty of games and other activities to do to keep the kids occupied. Overall, it was fun but the entry fees, at $45 per family were abit steep.

I have been to 2 other chocolate factory before - Coffs Harbour and hunter valley they are both good but this one is absolutely waste of time and money! With unfriendly staff the worst stop over that we had in our holiday
