Was not too impressed with this. I love good chocolate but did not like this particular type. The exhibition is ok and informative but not very impressive either. Better in stead spend your money on a nice cup of tea or coffee (or hot chocolate) with cake, there or elsewhere for the same price.

Thank you for your recent visit to our wonderful chocolate factory. Our chocolates are hand made from the finest environmentally sustainable ingredients available throughout the world. These beautiful chocolates are not like those in supermarkets that you may be used to. Our exhibitions not only inform you of the history of chocolate and its process, but we also have interactive... Today I have visited here in the afternoon and ordered after waiting for ten minutes hot chocolate. And after placing oder wait another twenty minutes for delivery to the table. But my hot chocolate was very cold. This not value for money which I paid and unnecessary wastage of my time

At times our chocolate factory can become very busy, and wait times can become longer then anticipated, unfortunately on the day of your visit our wait times were quite long. I do apologise for your hot chocolate not being not as hot as you would like. I hope that while you were here you did take the time to explore... More

The chocolate displays were incredible. But, unfortunately, the quality and taste of the chocolate products was not to my liking.

Stopped on way onto island for hot chocolate as it was cold. Really not a great experience. Main dish on the menu was curry, no choice of hot chocolate or any theming at all in the cafe linked to the product or the island. Poor could have been anywhere seems to cater for Chinese quick stop mass market and not... More

I have to say, we didn't go into the factory section, the cashier ignored us and we were not asked if we wanted to go in or not. We didn't know there was a factory out the back. We had afternoon tea but noticed they serve meals which didn't look too bad. A fair variety of food. I found the... More

Thank you for visiting us at the chocolate factory. I am glad you enjoyed your experience overall at our cafe, unfortunately you do mention that you found some items a little too sweet for your own taste, and your preferences to jam and cream. I thank you for these comments and will note this for future workshops of our management... More

We have been to a few chocolate factories, but this one is the best yet. Tells the story of chocolate, has a lot of exhibits and games which the kids played and got rewarded.

Firstly, the chocolate itself is Belgian style, so could perhaps be compared to Lindt. Maybe not quite as good as Lindt, but in general ok. It is, however, not cheap. If all you want is chocolate, then probably better off going into the supermarket down the road and getting some blocks there. Personally, if you're a tourist in Australia I'd... More

The chocolate factory was amazing! The 400kg chocolate "water"-fall was the highlight for us. Tickets were pretty cheap ($15 a piece), and you were able to spend as much time inside as you wanted. There were arcade-style games you could play to win free chocolate. The chocolate village with the train was entertaining, and the jumping penguins were a spinning... More

I have always brought overseas visitors to this place of interest during their visit to Australia, particularly Melbourne as I have all along enjoyed great service, but this trip has left them with unpleasant experience. The customer service at the counter is really disappointing having to face very unfriendly staff when purchasing the tickets. I always believe that customer officer... More
