wow..this place is depressing for a choc factory..no atmosphere. Dark and boring shop and overpriced choc. Not sure how they would get anyone to buy as they have nothing to try or to entice you. $15 for a tour of what??? After experiencing the Yarra valley Choc factory this place is a huge let down. Toilets were dirty so I... More

Was fantastic. Took our dad who was visiting from the UK. All 3 of us really enjoyed our time here. Great history, science, fun and samples! Cafe is also great. Only downside was the shop stock was very low with not a lot of choice

Went here on our way home from our holiday. Easy self guided tour thou the chocolate factory. Plenty of interactions along the way and an interesting look at how chocolate is made from start to finish. The chocolate is pricey but if you like smooth European type chocolate you will not be disappointed at the quality. There is a café... More

Okay but would not return next time we go to Phillip Island. Grand kids enjoyed it but I think the chocolate was the clincher nit the experience.

Had great fun with the displays and seeing how chocolate was made.bit overpriced but the chocolate more than makes up for that. Had a lovely chicken salad sandwich there also in the outdoor seating area.

If I was just reviewing the tour, I would rate it a 4, it was fun, interactive and you set your own pace. Well worth the visit, however the chocolate shop is expensive and there is very little stock on the shelves, many packs of broken stock left in empty bins eg dolphins, penguins. You might think this unusual, but... More

Having been to other boutique chocolate makers at Daylesford and Peninsula, the kids were really looking forward to Pannys. The whole place is a let down, ugly decor, no demonstrations, no beautiful displays, just prepackaged blocks and bags of chocolate. You can pay $15 to see something, but we don't believe in paying for a manufacturer/retailer to promote their product.... More

Such a let down, the first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell! It smells like an Indian restaurant, I like Indian but not at a chocolate factory! The place is run down and looks cheap, the outlet isn't the greatest! We walked out within 10minutes! Can't rate the tour as we didn't bother!
