The Phillip Island Chocolate Factory is on the main road to the Penguin Parade. A small retail area offers a range of Panny's chocolates and souvenirs such as T-shirts and Caps. Refreshments are available (we did not pause for food or drink though as it was quite busy). Best of all is the tour and worth the modest admission (tickets... More

What a huge disappointment this joint is. $30 to do the self guided tour and half the buttons for the electronic information screens and activities were broken n did not work. The place is in desperate need of a general clean up or face lift. Chocolate is way over priced. Staff were not at all friendly when we were there... More

Staff not friendly, place is old and games looked worn out. Only kids will enjoy since some of the games allow them to get free chocs.

Five years ago we visited this attraction as a family of four. It was so good back then that we decided to re-visit the factory five years later. The idea is that you visit a local working chocolate factory. Well fast forward five years... OMG. There were at least TEN bus loads of day tourists who had all been given... More

There seems to be an abundance of chocolate shops/factories in Australia. And honestly, I am finding them disappointing, the chocolate not that terrific and all of them quite expensive. This shop was pretty...with a counter to order a coffee or hot chocolate. Other than that, there were a lot of overpriced chocolates on display. I purchased an ice cream bar... More

A real treat for those who simply love chocolate. The ambiance is all chocolate from the entry ticket and the wall designed as chcolate tablets. Don't miss a photo with the background picture made of chocolate .

The chocolates are quite expensive so we didn't buy any. Try the cafe. It is cooked by Indian cooks so they serve pretty good curry. Also, my boys love the Blue Heaven shakes.
