Phillip island chocolate factory is a must for anyone who likes chocolate! We spent a decent amount of time learning about the process of making chocolate with their interactive equipment. Got some free samples and made our own bars. Would take any guests back there in a heartbeat

We visited in January 2016 and were quite disappointed. We have previously visited the Margaret River Chocolate Factory in Western Australia and found it to be much, much better? The Phillip Island Chocolate Factory seemed overpriced and under delivered to us. There was not a huge variety of chocolates on display and the whole place seemed to be about getting... More

We holidayed in Philip Island and wanted to take our children to a tourist attraction. We saw the Philip Island Chocolate Factory and went it. I must admit I did not think they and indeed the adults would enjoy the experience, but I was wrong. The tour is well worth taking and kept everyone amused for over an hour. Very... More

Well a chocolate tour is always fun and so was this tour: big hit for all kids!!!  first we found out how chocolate was made: then the different advertising that have been used to sell chocolate. Then the fun stuff where they have all sorts of things like the statue of David and an entire village made out of chocolate.... More

Fun place to visit, the interactive experience is unique and what they make using the chocolate is amazing. We were lucky it was not that busy when we visited so could see everything without too much of an issue, but would have been difficult if there had been more people. The best part was that you could make your own... More

What a fantastic place to take the family, our four children loved Pannys Amazing World of Chocolate. They enjoyed learning about how chocolate was made and its history. Some fantastic art exhibits all made from chocolate, and Penguins and sand from chocolate. For the kids including the big ones there were plenty of games to be played and chocolates to... More

In search of a delicious birthday pressie, we called into the chocolate factory looking for a boutique chocolate box. When you enter, you can either pay for a tour (which we were not interested in) or walk through to the chocolate shop and then through to the cafe. After looking on the half empty shelves, we were very underwhelmed. The... More

Panny and his family are from a proud Indian-Malay heritage and Panny is known throughout the region for his cooking, as well as his chocolate. As both a chef and chocolatier he loves sharing both with his visitors. Some may find the combination unusual but many revel in the variety on offer. All visitors are entitled to a free sample.... It was a rainy day so visited some indoor attractions. Overall an interesting and good experience. Fun activities. Unlike the Cadbury Factory tour in Dunedin I went to some years ago, you don't get to see the inner workings of the actual chocolate making machinery, which was fine with me. The chocolate waterfall is definitely something quite special, and if... More

We stopped in for milk shakes and snacks. Hot chocolate was yummy. The milk shakes weren't so great. They weren't cold. The nuggets were ok but the chips were soggy We found the chocolate shop was very expensive. We didn't do the tour of the factory as it was an extra cost.

We stopped off at the chocolate factory during a rainy day and paid the $15 each to walk through a very low tech museum and factory viewing. The robotic penguins giving free samples was fun though.
