After visiting Panny's Chocolate Factory yesterday with my wife we were both over whelmed with how exciting the Factory tour is. The tour is self guided and after paying an entrance fee of $15 each (20% off with Racv) we where both handed a small block of Panny's chocolate and a book explaining different sections of the tour. The tour... More

Visited the factory with Miss 3 and 6 as well as grandparents. Can happily say we all enjoyed ourselves. Kids were enthralled by the interactive displays. Thought the chocolate to purchase from shop was very pricey but after finishing the tour we were all chocolated out anyway!!! Great place to visit!!

Expensive and unfriendly staff Thought we would drop by store to purchase before tour . After observing the large free sample sign we asked for one .... Unhappy staff reluctantly handed over a sample to share that was a chocolate button with no description Thought why bother. And left

I am puzzled to read your review. To rate us as ordinary for receiving a free chocolate, which are usually for visitors experiencing Pannys Amazing World of Chocolate. Perhaps next time you could Explore Pannys Amazing World of Chocolate receive free chocolates throughout the tour and experience all of our interactive displays and games, create some chocolate master pieces. Great chocolate filled experience where you get to make your own design of chocolate and play games to get some more free chocolate. Especially loved the entry tickets - a bar of chocolate! You may need to watch your sugar levels after leaving! Very informative and interactive. Would recommend.

It took the whole week being badgered by the family to visit this venue...bluntly, I was not interested. In the end, I was wrong. Simply outstanding sums it up. A love of chocolate is not necessary to enjoy your visit. The interactive displays, the information walk and the games were fun for all 5 of us. Our two intellectually disabled... More

Driving to Phillip Island, we saw this Chocolate Factory and decided to stop. We didn't do the tour, but we bought about $80 worth of chocolate to take back home. Huge mistake. They are all nasty. Don't waste your time and money

I am very disappointed to read your review, and your disappointment with our products. as you have stated " they are all nasty", was there a problem with the products, or was it that they weren't what you were expecting as the rich smooth hand made chocolates are quite different to those mass produced in supermarkets. I hope that next... More
