The chocolate is really outstanding, but the chocolate and tours are completely over priced. No chocolate is worth that amount of money. We are local and probably won't be bringing our guests here... it's a nice place but we like a good deal for our money.

Thanks for the review, Its nice to hear the our Chocolate is outstanding!, We make it with the finest ingredients available, all from sustainable suppliers, with more coco and less sugar making Panny's Chocolate outstanding. Pricing is a tick topic, we try to keep our prices as low as we can, allowing enough to cover overheads, maintenance and future development.... More

We went in and walked out under 20mins.. Most of the time there was spent waiting for the chocolate you squiggle on paper to come out.. I also not a fan of the chocolate but my partner liked it! Also wasn't too busy for a Sunday afternoon!

Nice to hear you had a great time, Generally we like people to take their time through the tour, take in each exhibit and what it has to offer. We recommend people allow 45minutes to go through the exhibit to be able to enjoy every display. Thank you for the review More

It was about $25 to get in which we all thought was ridiculous and it turns out it was when we went through it in 20 minutes. I will say they had cute little games in there which gives you the ability to win chocolate prizes but overall it was just okay and expensive. Definitely knowledgeable and informative but keeps... Love visiting chocolate factories to sample the goods and indulge. No samples unless you did a $15paid tour and the mixed menu of chocolate and Indian food at Pannys is interesting. The shop is located huts after the Information centre as you head for the Islands tourist attractions. Unless you want a great cup of hot chocolate Id keep driving.

You learn a lot about the making of chocolate. Everything you see is made from chocolate, the mini railway is all chocolate plus all the displays. You can have a go at making your own chocolate bars as well. We had a great time and purchased lots of chocolate to take home. Yum.

Loved it! There is a $15 admission fee to a history of chocolate and an interactive display (you don't have to take the tour if you don't want to). I consider the admission fee to be relatively inexpensive, andthe displays of great interest to children and to overseas visitors. Found the tour interesting and the side show alley wqhere you... We stopped by here on our way to Phillip Island and were quite let down by. We ordered 2 coffees (at about 12pm I think) and literally 20 minutes later there were still no signs of them being ready. What gets me is that the young lady standing at the coffee machine making the coffees was asked by a co-worker... More

The $15 admission is expensive but on par to most touristic places. As a treat for our overseas visitors, I think it’s worth it. There are a lot of interactive activities, the spinning 3D zoetrope is amazing to watch. Taste some chocolate picked by the robot penguin. You can also try to win some from the side show alley games.... More

Great activities for kids. But extremely over priced. Needs a massive clean. Cobwebs galore on all chocolate displays. Imagine what's inside the ones dispensing the free chocs! Shudder the thought. Highly do not recommend.
