Once you have got the ticket card you just leave it in your jacket and don't need to show it to anyone or touch it again. Gate access senses you card, validates it and the gate staff even see a verified photo of you. Simple and efficient.

Friendly and very helpful staff at all of the lifts we used during our recent snow holiday at Falls Creek.

The new RFID cards seem to work well. Mine always lets me through the gates and it's comforting to have my season pass securely zipped up in a pocket. The lefties are generally friendly, cheerful and helpful. Just one thing, there needs to be a staff member organising the queues whenever there is a crowd. Sometimes there is chaos for... More

We had 2 days of wind holds while there. We were given no information about closure or relocation of skiing lessons, although they took all of our contact details and could have sent an SMS or rang us to advise. Not very organised at all - disappointing customer service.

Without the lifties, the "singles" just keep pushing thru the queue which discriminated against those travelling on chairs in groups

Waiting times were minimal. Plenty of staff on hand to help. The Towers chair is rather rapid and can give you a bit of a surprise landing.

There's nothing like the disappointment of arriving at a resort to find only a few runs open - hit or miss at the start of the season. BUT FCSL organised a week long scavenger hunt which was a great hit with the kids - visiting everything from the Falls Creek Museum, the CEO's office, finding nominated staff members or a... More

RFID tags work well and keep the queues moving. Lifties pleasant and helpful. No real issues at all.

We skied in late September and many off the staff were rude. We had trouble with the company ski hire and ski school.
