The ticket system introduced last year is a good concept but not well managed. There are lengthy queues to buy a daily pass, we waited for 40 minutes when we should have been able to process online. They need to have a lane set aside for those who already have cards but the system doesn't allow updates which it appears... More

Ski lifts located around the villages are perfectly placed near accommodation to make the quick trip up the mountain. Great for the ski in and out. Friendly staff , very helpful

Short one - Picture perfect day - lifts not working. No refunds either. They had no idea when they will open. The excuse was a "terrible wind". Hard to believe as the previous days all worked in a nasty full force blizzard that was pushing you back.

Queues can be badly managed and refunds or credits on wind hold days are promised then not delivered without pushing them hard

Some of the lifts are very slow which is problematic in cold winds [Drovers and Scotts] Lift queues were short which we enjoyed

Sometimes a little slow, and the down ramps off some of the chairlifts are a bit steep for beginners. Also they don't have wind protectors. Otherwise, they are good and rate on the world standard.

Mountain staff all go out if their way to ensure you get the best out of your day. Pity the prices are getting so high, especially fir families.

Make sure you hire your family's ski gear off mountain. Falls Ck ski lifts have a monopoly on ski gear hire now and absolutely rip everyone off. $90 a day just for skis alone. Their young staff are polite & helpful but that's where any praise for Falls Creek ski lifts ends. A real shame, as Falls Creek is a... More

Staff were brilliant - Jake and Nic on the Monkey Grip were excellent with my first time skier daughter, who proceeded to spend all afternoon on this slope! Booking lift passes is the morning was a nightmare. Only 1 location that we could see, and even with about 5 windows operating it was a long and slow processes. Not sufficient... More
