Got there just in time for one of the cave tours- check times before coming or you could be waiting a while. We did the Fairy Cave tour- I thought it was amazing. Lots of different formations to see -stalagmites stalagtites etc. I feel this is the best cave I have seen because you get so close to the formations,... More

This cave has all the formations that can be viewed in any other cave in the world which is unusual. Excellent tour guide that gave a full account of the hisory... More

I returned last month after booking the special wheelchair. If you are under 60kg and can transfer to a chair you will be taken into the smaller cave. I took some video and put it on Youtube if you're interested to watch. Was great to go back and have a good time followed by a great review. Food is a... More

Haven't been here in years but what fond memories it brings back thinking about it. Came here as a child on school camp, as a teenager with parents and now as an adult with my own kids. Great camping grounds, plenty of wildlife and a great night time hiking track to see the stars. The fresh springs are great for... More

I spent a weekend at the Caves Accommodation and camping area with a friend. We stayed in an onsite cabin. The park was beautiful with lots of trees changing to autumn colours (stayed in late March). The area was clean and lots of wildlife around, including kangaroos, goannas, native birds and even a lyrebird on the waterfall walk. The cabin... More

I returned to the Buchan Caves Reserve for the first time in 25 years and it still looks and smells exactly as I remember from childhood. The reserve and camp ground is a fantastic area. Clean, fresh, and well looked after, with all the modern amenities you need for camping. We did a day trip from Lakes Entrance - less... More
