My wife and I utilized Australian Wild Escapes for our amazing tour of the Daintree Rainforest - including Cape Tribulation. Clayton was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. His knowledge about Australia, it’s history and it’s wildlife were remarkable. He also was a great storyteller and told us some wonderful stories which made the day extra fun. We feel... More

My husband and I went on an amazing tour of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation while we were in Australia for our honeymoon. Cathy was our guide and she was really amazing! She was so knowledgeable about Australia and told us some wonderful stories which made the day so fun. We felt that we learned a lot about Australia's climate... More

Our hotel highly recommened this tour of the Daintree rainforest. Our party included 3 adults and 2 children and we were fortunate enough to be the only passengers. Our tour was definitely luxury and private. Our tour guide Cathy was great and knowledgeable. The highlight was the walk through the rainforest. There were unique plants, trees and wildlife. Morning tea... More

Our 'luxury' transportation broke down at Apollo Bay, so we missed all the interesting parts of the trip and had a very uncomfortable... More

While in Melbourne, my husband and I did the Philip Island Eco Tour with Australian Wild Escapes. The afternoon and evening ended up being lots of fun and very interesting. The tour was small and intimate which enabled us to ask lots of questions! Our guide, Kylie, was the best--she had all the answers to our questions, provided us with... More

We embarked on the Daintree Rainforest tour, out of Port Douglas, on Christmas Eve. The tour, promoted as "small group, travelling in a luxury 4-wheel drive vehicle" sounded inviting. We were picked up in a 16 seat van, that was far from luxury. Our group ended up being 13 people, plus the driver. The saving grace for this tour was... More

If not for the half day city tour, we would never have seen as much of Sydney as we did. Our driver was actually the owner of the company and he was polite, friendly and engaging. More
