Very welcoming. Great tasting wines. Nice conversation with the woman offering the tasting. Great stop before you get to Lynchburg.

Stopped to taste the wine and tour the winery. Tasted an outstanding blackberry (purchased a bottle). Requested a tour and they stated they did not do tours because the wine maker wasn't there. Clerk was helpful and friendly.

I make a point of stopping at any winery I can find while traveling. Stopped at this winery on my way home from Atlanta. The place looks like it is about to close down. The first thing you see when you walk in the door are "out of order" signs on the restroom doors. The place is bare except for... More

We have been visiting this winery for over 20 years. We stopped today for the first time in several years. We asked for a wine list that they did not have. We were only offered 1 wine to taste and it was awful. We are so sad that a wonderful winery has became one that we will not visit again!

My wife and I stopped in Sunday August 11. The gentleman was very nice to talk to, and let us try all of the wines that we wanted. I purchased 3 bottles ($25 each...) of our favorite. When we got home we opened the first one, then the second... the wine was rotten, and disgusting. I called this morning to... More

We enjoyed the tasting and purchased a couple of bottles to take home. We know very little about wine but enjoyed meeting the owner.

They offer taste tests of the the wines offered and since I tend to like light, fruity wines those are what i tried. I loved them. The Peach wine is divine. Fruity, refreshing and not syrupy. The wines have a clean after taste. I've lived in Sewanee for 18 months and never went inside because it does look deserted, however,... More

If you can't say anything good........ A summary, without going into detail that would serve no useful purpose, is poor attitudes that give you the feeling you are an interruption instead of a customer.

The owner sure knows how to treat a guest. And the wine was great also. The bottle we purchased top off the evening at the Smoke House
