The Sydney Harbour Kayaks experience is more than just about going on a tour, buying or renting a kayak. Our team is passionate about all paddle sports, passionate about being out on the water and living our dream, to take time - enjoy life. Our passion is infectious. So when you're out on one of our tours kayaking into Middle Harbour, on a Freedom Rental kayaking to Balmoral or in our shop buying a kayak, we're here to guide, instruct and inspire you. Sydney Harbour Kayaks has been renting & selling kayaks, teaching kayaking and guiding tours around Middle Harbour from the Spit Bridge since 1991. Our kayak, surf-ski & stand up paddle board rental fleets are some of the best around, we offer a mix of plastic and composite sea kayaks as well as surf-skis. Our rental location is at the Spit Bridge in Mosman and you can paddle throughout all of Middle Harbour. We take great pride in our kayaking tours and aim to offer the best possible experience. Our backyard is the beautiful Middle Harbour and we get no more enjoyment then showing it off to our many visitors. The kayak tours and team-building activities are a lot of fun and offer a wholesome day out on the water. Lessons are our speciality and we teach from beginners through to a Professional level. If you are just learning about kayaking or stand up paddle boarding then you should try our Paddle Safe / Paddle Smart Program, which are FREE kayaking lessons.

Rented a ski today, just for an hour. Beautiful place for a paddle, so quick to get out on the water, efficient service, knowledgeable staff and quality V10s, V10 or beginner boats in very good condition. Best to check on the wind conditions before heading down there.

Kayaks is in great condition and very good quality. Staff is friendly and give great advice. You can enjoy a lovely paddle and not struggle against strong currents. You can get food and coffee at Balmoral Beach.

Took the free Intro kayaking class there this weekend and really enjoyed it! Angela is a great instructor and the kayaks they give you are in good condition. Out of the 3 hours we spent only 30 minutes on the beach and the rest 2.5 kayaking around the harbor. It was great.

I joined a group of 12 on the Eco Tour in Middle Harbour, led by Sol. It was a brilliant experience. Stunning views and a very informative guide who taught us a lot about Aboriginal culture and their amazing relationship with the environment en route - well worth taking on board in our climate change era.

Dear Anne, Thank you very much for your review on our New Eco Tour. Our kayaking tours have been run for over 12 years now however over the past 12 months we have done a lot of research into the Indigenous culture of our area and Sol has managed to compile a wonderful tour content. We do hope we get... More
