The classic "Red leaf pool" has been a great hidden swimming spot for Sydney locals for years. There is a great cafe on site, changing rooms, lots of places to sit either on grass, cement or sand. The water is safe for kids and you can do laps there no problems. There are two pontoons to swim out to to... More

Geat harbour swimming pool with a beach and an open beach next door. Popular with adults and children of the area in well looked after surroundings.

I was at Murray Rose Pool in June which is winter in Sydney. So there were almost no people around and it was really quiet, calm and I'd say a romantic place.

We were heading for Watson Bay and stopped off at Woolahra Library / Blackburn Gardens, and just behind is this amazing beach and fenced area of the water. An amazing place to spend a sunny day.

I hesitate to advertise this as it is my local 'best kept secret". Fabulous view as we sit in shade or sun eating a lovely meal after our weekly half hour swim in the clear safe waters of this harbour pool. Shower and change facilities available with lockers(not many though) Many" kids at heart "and youngsters dive off the walkway... More

This pool is known by the 2 names above and it is a real gem! Situated in Rose Bay Sydney it is fabulous and a well used pool by locals. Part of the bay has been fenced off to create this safe haven and there are also 2 platforms in the bay to swim out to. There is plenty of... More

This place is so beautiful on a summers afternoon. It is very family friendly with a cafe on site and the bus stops right at the top of the hill. Definately worth the trip. All the residents in the area pay a fortune for the views you can have for free!

Great beach here on Double Bay. It's: - shark proof - has free parking at the municipal chambers above the beach - has a nice cafe at the beach - there are many trees right on the beach - nice golden sand beach - good for watching the fireworks on harbour on NYE Well worth a visit!
