Today in mixed weather our family (Mum, Dad & 6 year old) found Walnut Tree Farm Park. Easy to access and situated between Cardiff & Newport, we arrived at the farm. Ample parking and a very short walk to the entrance, we paid the admission (£4.50 per adult & £3.50 per child). With feed at 50p per bag, I'd suggest... More

The high light for the girls was a 2 day old foal Dave. Lots of swings and the like when children had enough of the animals. Make sure you take cash for feed, always the best part of the visit. Animals not pushy like at other farms. We'll be going back befor the end of the holidsays.

After touching the animals there were plenty... More

Amazing time out with kids. It was raining for the first half of the day and while that we were inside playing with animals. So it's a great place no matter the weather

A bit basic but every thing you would want at a show farm.Took my grandson aged 5 and granddaughter aged 12 and they both enjoyed it.

Amazing day. Plenty to see and do. Lot's to entertain the kids. Small petting zone with rabbits and guinea pigs etc. Large go kart barn for all ages. Out side area's for picnics, parks, walks and more animal spotting. There is a café and inside area for families to eat or take a rest. Good facilities for toilets, hand washing... More

I chose white because of the price compared to others and I have to admit value for money was fantastic. There was loads of animals and baby animals. Spotlessly clean toilets, parks and picnic areas, (maybe a couple of bins though needed in picnic areas) loads of animals. Great tractor ride, horse ride was lovely and staff were friendly. I... This is a really pleasant day out. I had a birthday party here for my toddler & he enjoyed every second. The farm is excellent for all ages as with our group we had ages ranging from 9 months - 15 years old. The soft play area was excellent for babies & toddlers. All the animals provided excellent entertainment for... More

First issue is that they don't take card payments, fine but I wish it would have stated this before we had taken all the children out of their carseats and got to the desk- so everyone crying back in the car, we had to travel to Newport to get cash to be able to return and enter! Fine we are... More
