Go here regularly for beach walks, maybe the odd cheeky doughnut! The current improvements are brilliant and love coming here. It's a great day for all the family, I certainly recommend it and try the fresh doughnuts they are amazing!

Always enjoy visiting the 'island'. Not as busy as it once was but being transformed with a new log flume opening in 2016.

This was my first visit to Barri Barry, and the day I visited the Sun was out and it was a bumper day, the resort was much different to what I had imagined, especially with the hype from the TV shows, If you are a fan of Gavin and Stacey, you will have no trouble spotting different film locations, The... If you have ever been lucky enough to see any episodes of the series 'Gavin and Stacey' then you really need to see Barry Island. You will see where Daves coaches dropped Stacy back home after her first date with Gavin and where they both said I love you to each other after Gavin followed the bus back to Wales.... More

Barry Island is a great place to visit for a day at the beach. The fun fair isn't the best anymore but with Gavin and Stacey being filmed there the place is still alive. The arcade that Nessa worked in is called Nessas Slots and there are photographs of her in the box she used to sit in. Marco's Cafe... More

Good to have the fun fair back good mix of rides and looks great at night. Good mix of adult and children's rides. Good and drink available. Can be pricey if lots of you. Wish they would do the ride all wrist bands

Beach and views amazing but fun fair a let down! Looks like gypsies just rolled into town. Walking around stepping over rubble and rubbish!

We had a great day at Barry Island Pleasure Park, great value and our son loved the rides. The weather was fantastic and that really helped. If you go to South Wales you have to check out Barry, whilst it's not Alton Towers it was great fun and that's all that matters when you have small children.

Barry island is such a fun place, it is very clean and pretty, the beach is lovely, and the Fun fair is good. The arcades are a little dated, but generally fun, definitely worth a visit.
