We have made many return trips to Hilton Court as the children love running free (although no unsupervised because of the pond). Feeding the fish food purchased from the cafe is a firm fave for my little ones. Plenty of areas to explore. The owners should be proud of what they have achieved. Do not expect neat walled gardens here... More

We visited Hilton Court Gardens while on holiday in Little Haven recently. The gardens are beautifully laid out and well kept and have a really relaxed feel to them with plenty of seating areas to sit and enjoy the planting and the various ponds and lakes. There is a great wooded area with natural planting as well as a number... More

The restaurant and sensible, well priced menu. The cafe, with balcony and views over beautiful gardens. The prospect of enjoyable walks around the extensive grounds, lakes and features. The welcoming and helpful staff. Curiosities in the Shop and nearby pottery.

Hilton Court is an absolutely delightful place to visit! We thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the garden, ponds and through the sheltered natural woodland full of wild flowers (especially the marsh marigolds) with the spring light filtering through the leaves. We liked all the little bridges and walkways that meant we never had to get out feet wet! The play-houses must... More

Thankyou so much for taking the time to leave such lovely comments. I agree the marsh marigolds look beautiful at the moment as do the bluebells and water hawthorn. We have a variety of gluten free cakes and meal options and are also looking into having more vegan options aswell. Hopefully we will see you again in the future. More

We arrived after seeing the gardens advertised locally whilst on a short break in the area and we were not disappointed. The entrance fee was incredibly good value with beautiful gardens, woodlands with bluebells on show, wooden structures & a stunning lake to take in. When we arrived we were greated by Willow the dog who gave us our own... More

We were in the area visiting family and decided to spend an afternoon at Hilton Court. After looking around the craft centre in the cobbled Victorian courtyard area and enjoying the wonderful photographs by Lisa Gabrielle in the gallery, and the gorgeous pottery by Mark and Patrizia Walford, we decided to have a coffee before exploring the gardens. Excellent coffee... More

i am so pleased you enjoyed your visit. We have tried to get a good balance between creating fun wooden structures for children within the gardens without loosing the romantic and tranquil feel of the woodlands. I love the fact that the gardens and woodlands can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of age. More

We returned to Pembrokeshire again this Easter and the children (8 and 6) both asked if we could go and see the Elfi House and the new Badger hall they'd voted to name on Facebook! We had a glorious sunny week and saved the best to last! The Small's loved the gardens, racing round the trail and seeing the sculptures... More

We spent a few hours happlly meandering thru the gardens today and it was voted a winner by us all. Being a Monday it was very quiet which was great, we were all made very welcome (including Pickles the Westie). The paths were suitable for Dad (aged 85) who uses a walking stick and there were plenty of places to... More

I think it's fantastic that the structures within the gardens are being enjoyed by the young at heart, you are never too old to enjoy having fun in the gardens. The first few bluebells have started to come out but May is definately the time to visit to see them in full bloom. Thankyou for your lovely review and hopefully... More

I can't recommend these beautiful, sheltered gardens enough to families with young children. Today was exceptionally windy on the coast but you would never have known as we wandered through this delightful space. There are lovely little playhouses and playthings - swings and ropes - hidden in the trees to be discovered. As well as lovely ponds, a walkway through... More

Thankyou for taking the time to leave feedback. The gadens are very popular with families and we are always improving different facilities and activities. We have a free pond dipping day in May half term if you are visiting, more details are available on our Facebook page. I am sorry you were disappointed in the children's menu in the restaurant.... Loads of cakes and food and the garden is lovely. My kids found the Tudor house great and loved playing with the dog who lives there.
