We have enjoyed a couple of visits to the restaurant in the Hilton Court complex ... great service, lovely surroundings, delicious food and ... Ferrero Rocher ice-cream!!! What's not to like? It comes with cream and one of those biscuit straws. Need I say more? Well, I will mention the Goat's Cheese Salad, which was brilliant too. Good coffee.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your lunch in the restaurant, if you visit us again we also have a tearoom overlooking the gardens which also makes delicious cakes, great on a sunny summer day. Thanks again. More

Visited hilton court a couple of days ago, first thing My husband and I chose to do on our honeymoon. Weather was perfect for it, lovely sunny day. Climbing through the trees and walking round the pond, beautiful location! Loved the little swing too. Got some beautiful photographs while we were there. Loved the gift shop and Mark Walfords' pottery... More

I am so glad you decided to visit us on such a special occasion. The gardens and woodlands are magical any time of the year but I agree that in summer they are at their best with a pond full of Lillie's. Thankyou for such lovely feedback and hopefully we will see again when you visit Pembrokeshire. More

Beautiful setting and lots to see. The gardens are stunning and well with a walk around. The cafe has a good menu and the food is delicious. There is a great little shop selling jewellery and other items at reasonable prices, I often visit for quirky Xmas gifts. My favourite though is Mark and Patricia's pottery shop. You will receive... Hilton Gardens is a great destination for young and old. For the young there are gardens to explore and sometimes holiday activities (book early for Christmas). The restaurant is always reliable with friendly service and great homemade food. There is a pottery, gift shop and photography studio to browse so a good few hours can be spent here.

Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon, Good food in the cottage style restaurant area, a good selection of deserts too and all at a reasonable price. You can take a walk around the impressive gardens afterwards or amble through the garden nursery or gift shop.

We had been invited to this venue for a celebratory 50th wedding anniversary lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service in their delightfully decorated old Barn with lots of local artifacts. I had a very well prepared Pate followed by a delicious Lamb bake that was simply beautifully cooked and presented by the... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. So glad you enjoyed your visit and the food in the restaurant. We visited the Hilton a Court Gardens on a lovely sunny day, on getting to the car park we found no signage to tell us where the entrance was, we wandered aimlessly for about 20 mins, there were no signs for admission fees or where to go to pay to see the gardens. Then a lady drove in and got... More

It is a shame that you feel the gardens are not what you expected but we have never mislead people into thinking it anything different from a very natural woodland garden. I am proud of the fact that just fields have been transformed into gardens, 3 ponds and woodlands through 30 years of building and planting including the tropical solar... More
