Hilton Gardens is a great destination for young and old. For the young there are gardens to explore and sometimes holiday activities (book early for Christmas). The restaurant is always reliable with friendly service and great homemade food. There is a pottery, gift shop and photography studio to browse so a good few hours can be spent here.

Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon, Good food in the cottage style restaurant area, a good selection of deserts too and all at a reasonable price. You can take a walk around the impressive gardens afterwards or amble through the garden nursery or gift shop.

We had been invited to this venue for a celebratory 50th wedding anniversary lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service in their delightfully decorated old Barn with lots of local artifacts. I had a very well prepared Pate followed by a delicious Lamb bake that was simply beautifully cooked and presented by the... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. So glad you enjoyed your visit and the food in the restaurant. I agree that October isn't the best time of year to come for the gardens, although I do like the Autumn colours of the trees and yes you are right about the ponds being filled with Lillie's and... We visited the Hilton a Court Gardens on a lovely sunny day, on getting to the car park we found no signage to tell us where the entrance was, we wandered aimlessly for about 20 mins, there were no signs for admission fees or where to go to pay to see the gardens. Then a lady drove in and got... More

It is a shame that you feel the gardens are not what you expected but we have never mislead people into thinking it anything different from a very natural woodland garden. I am proud of the fact that just fields have been transformed into gardens, 3 ponds and woodlands through 30 years of building and planting including the tropical solar... More

The gardens are just so beautiful and tranquil. The lilly pond was still looking magnificent because the weather had been so good, dragonflies flitting through the air, not a sound apart from birds and the occasional human voice. Superbly fresh sandwiches in the tea room at the entrance to the garden and a large selection of locally made cakes. Just... More

Set off a slightly too narrow local road (dont blindly follow your SatNav as it takes you to a private residential road), these gardens are absolutely beautiful. Very uncommercial and relaxing, you can wander round at your leisure, browse the art and crafts shops around the entrance courtyard or simply have a cup of tea overlooking the gardens and lakes.... Thankyou for the lovely feedback. You are quite right about following the sat nav it only takes you as far as a house up on the main road. Being in Pembrokeshire in the country is beautiful and like you say very uncommercial but we don't exist on the sat nav. A small negative for living in an amazing spot. More

visited twice this year, ist time with friends for lengthy lunch, Excellent food in restaurant, lovely suntrap of courtyard with seating to eat outside (have eaten before inside but nothing like lunch in the sun), Moved to cafe for coffee and cake, a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens and lake, wonderful setting to enjoy afternoon tea, Visited again with grandchildren... Thankyou for your feedback, compared to other gardens I don't think £3.50 per adult and £1 per child is too bad and the money is ploughed back into the gardens with new parts opening each year. I do agree it is definatey worth getting an annual ticket at only £3 per child, £6 OAP, £8 and adult or £18 a... More

This venue was a great surprise for me. The gardens are amazing and natural. The different trees have fantastic colour this time of year and small small lakes where full of life. Just this alone would have made the detour on our journey worth it. The court yard had a few shops, restaurants and craft shops to help pass the... More

We had a light lunch lunch in the restaurant . A tasty beef salad with jacket potato and soup with bread which was beautifully presented.
