Felt sorry for the horses; mine was starving and kept stopping to eat anything. It seemed totally dehydrated. The place was nasty over-priced, just a bunch of kids. Someone really needs to call the authorities..have heard this is not unusual for Shelby Farms. I told my Friends whom I was visiting and they refuse to take their kids there. Shame! more

My Dad and Mom took me to Shelby farms horse riding, and we loved it. It was a great family experience. Everything we hoped to happen, happened! We saw uncontable amount of deer, a beautiful scenery, and got to bond with each of our horses. I recomened every person thinking about goiing to go and enjoy the experience. more

Excellant experience. We rode yesterday on a beautiful sunny day. Very friendly staff. We even saw several deer on the ride. They offer pony rides for children under 8 years in a covered shed.
