Great time!Had friends travel from out of town to visit here. It was so fun seeing the kids of our friends interact with the toys & displays. Allow yourself about two hours to get thru there, depending on how young your children are. Price was from $12-$15 dollars. There is a Jason's Deli inside for eating if you need a... More

We visited on New Years Eve while on a layover in Memphis and was pleasantly surprised. The 5 and 7 year olds were entertained from the moment we entered to the moment we left. It had a variety of activities and areas for exploring, including a FedEx airplane cockpit, a rock wall, vacuum tube maze, climbing tower, dental office, emergency... More

Most popular exhibits for our family were the play kitchen - a small scale replica of a grocery store - and the tiny "disco" environment with dance music and flashing lights.

I gave the Children's museum four stars because I found it a bit ridiculous that the adults have to pay as well. Obviously the parents are not going to be playing with the miniature items... But besides this minor complaint... My daughter had an absolute blast. She played for nearly four hours, we were probably the last family to leave... More

We tend to base our review of a Children's Museum with the one in St. Louis as the standard. This one in Memphis is not up to that quality but overall, it's a winner.

This is a wonderful museum with hands on experiences the kids will love! I have learned if you go in the afternoon, you will have the place to yourself! (literally)

went with friends who had kids- they really seemed to enjoy the place. Noticed it was busy and all the kids seemed to be enjoying themselves.

Pretty neat exhibits- some though are quite dated. The outdoor areas are wonderful. For a city with many financial issues, the CMOM pulls off a fun place for the family to enjoy here.

We have been here a few times with my son who is now 3.5. We did Breakfast with the Easter bunny, we have done outside water play at the splash pad and have just been on a cold rainy day for something to do. We have always had a good time. My son loves the FedEx plane and package area.... More
