We only went to look around and use the restroom. How lucky were we it was duck time. Pretty big crowd. Nobody waited for them to feed the ducks. Go up stairs first and let the crowd cleat out. It is special to see something that makes that many people happy

A beautiful old hotel with a classic dynamic high walled lobby . The lobby is packed with visitors for the 11am and 5 pm march of the Ducks. The rooms are updated very modern and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful , I would stay there again anytime we are in Memphis.

We saw this hotel on the Discovery Tour by Backbeat Tours, where we saw the Duck March. Beautiful hotel with very rich decor. It also housed Lansky Brothers clothier to Elvis.

The Peabody Hotel does not disappoint.. From the moment you walk in you can feel the history, the decorum and employees make you feel warm and welcomed. The ducks are quite the showmen and it is fun to be part of this. The rooms are well appointed and the beds crazy comfortable. We had the opportunity to use the gym... More

When my husband and I first walked into the lobby I commented that it reminded me of a New York City luxury hotel. The lobby is beautiful, they have bellhops, valet parking and everyone was very helpful. We booked the 3 day stay through Expedia and it was paid for at time of booking for a King room. The front... I have been to Memphis like 8 times and this is the first time we went into the Peabody. The lobby bar area is beautiful! The ceiling, the woodwork, the decor, old and beautifully done. There is a lobby bar in the center with chairs and couches to sit around and have a drink or snack in. The ducks are... More

It's the Peabody. It's expensive. Get over it. We stayed for just two nights to experience The Ritz of the South. It was good, but everything was chargeable. However, do not let this put you off going there. We spent the rest of our stay at the Holiday Inn across the road, which was better value for money, but, hey,... More

Our first time to Memphis we stayed at the Peabody Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. What a grand old place! Our room was very nice and comfortable (I assume all the rooms are remodeled), the service was very friendly and helpful, and the location was in the middle of downtown. The enormous lobby with live piano music and... More
