Elegance, relaxing and absolutely beautiful are just a few words to describe The Peabody. Within walking distance of numerous places, including Beale Street. The duck walk was very entertaining and a must for families to see. Get there early and find a good viewing places, the crowds grow quickly and you really want to be able to see the entire... More

See the ducks from the lobby but it is better from the rooftop. You are welcomed on the rooftop and the views are breathtaking. The ducks are easier to photograph on their way to their duck palace on the roof so see them on the red carpet so you can say you did it then get the better view from... More

Elegant old style hotel. Would have been a pleasure to stay there. Excellent staff, great gift shops and other shops. Food seemed great. Read about the "duck march" in tourist info. Found out about it and really enjoyed it. Kids loved it(our weren't with us).

The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, Tennessee is by far the most elegant hotel in Memphis. It's old world charm and the many shops that are there for the guest's pleasure, make it s wonderful place to stay or visit while in Memphis. Make sure you're there at 11a.m to watch the Duck Master bring 5 Ducks down the red carpet... More

Fun for the family. A neat little history lesson and some fine feathered friends. Definitely unique!

We don't usually spend this much on hotels but think we found some deal. Plus it was around the holidays. This hotel has a ton of history and of course, seeing the Peabody Ducks was something we would have stopped here to see on it's own. It was my wifes birthday and asked if they could do something for her.... More

We did not stay here but, we always go down to the Peabody whenever we visit Memphis. It's the happening place to be anytime. We love to go to the bar and have a drink and just people watch. it's also great fun to see the Peabody Ducks either come down in the morning or go back up in the... More

The duck march is too crowded for me, but the Peabody is THE place to be on Halloween and has some of the best restaurants in Memphis (but don't waste your time or money on the brunch).

You've got to go see the ducks because for no longer than the whole event takes, it's so worth it. They are the neatest little guys and the story is pretty super too. They allowed kiddos to sit on the floor on either side of the red carpet as long as they kept body parts off the carpet so they... More

This is s beautiful old hotel and each day at 9am the red carpet is rolled out and a parade of ducks come down in the lift and cross the reception area to spend the day in the water fountain then at 5pm the carpet is rolled out and they go back up in the lift. Its worth seeing you... More
