Very busy for the 5pm return of the ducks. Hotel is impressive and the Duckmaster warm up is amusing but at the end of the day it is just 5 ducks with a man with a stick

The Peabody opened at this location in 1925. It has been a fixture of Memphis since that time and reflected a gone era. It ranks as one of the grand old hotels of the country and can bring you back to a time long gone. Although built almost 100 years ago, the hotel is as modern as being constructed this... More

I expected the ducks to freely do the walk from years of habit but they were chased around and made to do what was wanted of them. You ban barely catch a glimpse of the ducks unless you arrive hours before to sit and drink in the roped off area. Bit of a let down.

Was unusual enough it was worth stopping in for the "duck parade." Get there early enough to get a seat, as they don't allow standing in the immediate area. Be sure to check out the hotel gift shop for duck-souvenirs.

This is by far the most interesting hotel in downtown Memphis. It is right in the heart of everything you would want to see and do while you are in town.

Get there early and stake out a spot on the Mezzanine if you want to see the performance. We walked across the street from our hotel 15 minutes before the show. Too many people. We barely got a glimpse of the ducks.

We just came from the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans and liked the Peabody better. Its so pretty and our room was great! The location is choice since its only a block from Beale Street. Shops nearby and Rendezvous Ribs across the street!! So worth it!

We booked the Duck Master package after reading all about the famous Peabody Hotel Ducks in Memphis! When I read the reviews, it seemed like the ducks are popular but I had no idea just how crowed it gets in anticipation of the ducks either coming or going. Our daughter was the honorary duck master for the 5:00 pm ducks... More

11.00am and 5pm the ducks are on the move. Visit the Peabody Hotel and watch the ducks arriving or departing the foyer with lots of pomp and circumstance!!
