My brother and I missed the duck show and had drinks in the hotel lobby by the fountain. This was not our hotel. As long as you order something to eat or drink you can sit there as long as you want. A waitress comes around asking for your order. Bathrooms are located by the lobby. Nice and clean, nothing... More

This is how the true South treats folk...with great hospitality. From the ducks parading from the elevator on their red carpet to their fountain, the grand piano, the gorgeous fresh cut flowers to the ornate beauty of this magnificent icon of Memphis. This is all in the lobby. If you are lucky enough to actually stay in this hotel, get... More

We didn't stay here but took the kids to see the ducks brought down. They let the kids sit by the red carpet!! They were super sweet!! Fun experience!

Did not stay there, but went inside to see the ducks. Very ornate lobby and the ducks were cute. Not a destination, but well worth a drop in when walking around downtown Memphis.

The view from the rooftop is spectacular! Worth a drive and parking fee. The world famous duck walk was somewhat interesting and amusing, but the crowds prevented optimal viewing, even after arriving early and waiting at a table in the lobby bar in which the event occurs. The duck walk might not live up to expectations, but it was a... More

If you can't afford staying in this luxurious hotel then take the chance to visit it in the lobby and through the shops at the ground floor.Enjoy Lasky's shop and feel good he was the clothier to the King Elvis.

Driving from Atalanta to New Orleans via Nashville and Memphis and the Peabody was undoubtably the best hotel we have stayed at on the trip. Stylish and very much a landmark in Memphis. Staff very friendly and helpful....the lobby does get jammed when the Peabody ducks are being marched out (especially around 5pm) so if you want some quiet time... More
