Had a delightful stay in May while attending a friend's son's graduation from Rhodes College. Small rooms but very tastefully done. We were able to add a rollaway even though there were 2 doubles. A good thing ,as my daughter was sick so she got to have her own bed. A lttile cramped fro 3 people but we didn't mind.... more

We did the Touch of Romance Package for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We checked in fine, had a great dinner at Chez Phillipe and then retired to our room. We were woken up at 11pm or so to a crying baby in the room next door. We called the front desk telling them what was going on and letting them... more

We visited the Peabody Hotel in Memphis in September 2008. We stayed in the club suite and were disappointed as the food and drink were limited and not up to the standard we have come to expect from a top Hotel club room. The ducks are an attraction but they also attract many people off the streets that are not... more

If you're in downtown Memphis, you should definitely stop by the Peabody Hotel and see the ducks. You should try to see the ducks when they march to their fountain or when they return to their house (which is a very nice cage on the roof). The ducks are very cute and they'll put a smile on your face. If... more

Only spent one night here, at the start of a tour of Civil War battlefields. A handsome and comfortable hotel, with all the room appointments one could expect. I was quite intrigued with what Memphis has to offer, from Beale Street to the riverfront, the Civil Rights and Cotton Museums, and colorful restaurants. I will definitely return, and will happily... more

I did not stay at the Peabody as it was completely full during our visit but wanted to see the ducks. The other four people in my group had stayed there before and were disappointed with the “no vacancy”. Unfortunately we were unable to make it during their march at 11am or 5pm, but got to see them on the... more

On a previous visit to Memphis we parked the car at the Peabody and visited the ducks. On return visit we decieded to stay at the Peabody although we dislike large hotels and chains. The valet-parking, bell-hop and receptionist were friendly and helpfull. Our first room was noisy due to a communicating door and was quickly changed for a larger,... more

My husband and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend at the Peabody. The room was (booked through an online agency) was small but affordable with the online discount. It was impeccably appointed & clean. The soaps and toiletries were excellent and the bed very comforable. I do not give it all 5 stars because it IS a little noisy,... more

We stayed at the Peabody for 4 nights from August 14th 2008 in a standard double room with Queen Size bed.We were disapointed in the size of the room as it was small with a very small bathroom. There is an unavoidable $10 per day hotel service fee for Wi fi, use of athletic club, newspaper, and local calls even if... more

Even though I read a lot of bad reviews on Trip Advisor about the Peabody's service not matching the price, I decided to treat my mom and stay there. One reason was because not one reviewer said that it was unclean, and I couldn't find another hotel that had vacancy on Memorial Day Weekend that everyone said was clean, so... more
