It's the Peabody. It's expensive. Get over it. We stayed for just two nights to experience The Ritz of the South. It was good, but everything was chargeable. However, do not let this put you off going there. We spent the rest of our stay at the Holiday Inn across the road, which was better value for money, but, hey,... More

Our first time to Memphis we stayed at the Peabody Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. What a grand old place! Our room was very nice and comfortable (I assume all the rooms are remodeled), the service was very friendly and helpful, and the location was in the middle of downtown. The enormous lobby with live piano music and... More

Stayed at the Peabody for three evening with a large business group. The elegance in the lobby is relaxing and it sets the tone for a unique and restful stay. The room and bed is so comfortable that I slept through the night throughout my stay. The Capriccio Grill offers an excellent breakfast buffet and the dinner selections are outstanding.... More

This was my second trip here to the Peabody. My first visit was outstanding. Great room on the penthouse floor with exceptional service. My only complaint the first time was problems with the reservation. I had the same problem this time, no knowledge of the package I had booked, only knew that I had booked a penthouse room. There was... More

This hotel was on my bucket list and I made a special effort to stay here on my road trip. And I wasn't disappointed! My room was beautiful... even had a chandelier. It overlooked the river and they made great use of the space in the small bathroom. Each staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. And Velina in the... More

The stay was beautiful. There for a convention so noise was expected but there is no prevention if sound conduction. We could hear the neighbors talk, we could hear the elevator bell. Recommend to ask for a room away from the elevator. Check out was nice a bit slow ,this was a convention , but they should be used to... More

I recently stayed a Saturday night at the Peabody. We were checked in quickly and warmly. The room had two double beds and was quite large and airy. There were a variety of pillows to choose from and the bed was very comfy. Room was immaculate. All of the staff said hello, good evening, etc. As has been mentioned, you... More

The hotel itself is beautiful with all the historical architectures. To me the Peabody Ducks are cute, but over-rated. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant-the staff in the restaurant were great. I was given a ticket to have a special order omelet made. However, egg whites and turkey products were not on the checklist. I asked the cook if... More
