I used to go to Memphis for work ALL the time and have been to Germantown Commissary, Porky's, Rendezvous...and by FAR, my fave place for ribs in Memphis- Blues City Diner for the BEST ribs- smokey, fall off the bone Yumminess, awesome gumbo, reasonable prices. LOVE love love More
