We came here every night . We went to all the clubs and experienced great music but bb kings exceeded the others. The live bands were superior. We danced and had heavily poured cocktails and met cool people . Yeah they were tourists like us, but who else can booze until 2am on a Tuesday . Catch Preston if you... More

My husband and I ate lunch here on our recent trip to Memphis. It was hopping even at 1 PM on a Sunday afternoon. The band was great and I discovered how much I really liked blues music. Our table was against the railing on the balcony overlooking the band and was a great place to soak in the atmosphere... More

Best house band on Beale street. The staff exudes the spirit of Memphis. You can't visit Memphis and miss out on this experience!

Memphis Jones is not only a talented singer/musician, he is a treasure trove of Memphis history. (He is also good-looking!) Very entertaining. And the gumbo and ribs were amazingly good. But if you're having a bourbon on the rocks, ask for a call brand.

The renowned club is worth the visit. The house band is fantastic, food and drinks come quickly and are reasonable priced. You want to dance all the way home.

The atmosphere and quality of the music more than compensate for the mediocre food, poor service and standing in line. Worth doing once on your trip to Memphis.

On our first visit had a full night there including a meal. The music was brilliant with the food not quite matching. If music is your reason to go please visit. If food is first priority perhaps try somewhere else. This is not to say the food was below standard just music so good.

B B Kings is a stunning club, the music and decor is out of this world, probably the best on our music travels through the southern states. One thing though, and I recognize it was partly our fault,- when we arrived on a Monday night and asked if we could go upstairs we were waved on up with a friendly... More
