Great house band, great hurricanes.

It's crowded. Know that going in. It's always crowded. But they don't skimp on drinks, the food is quite good and the prices are reasonable. Still, despite my love of their deep-fried pickles, what brings me back is the always stellar set of bands playing. A must see in Memphis. #2 after Graceland.

I had a great time here. Its located right in the heart of downtown and really great place for tourist to eat, drink and buy Guitar Picks! Its surrounded by lots of other really cool places, like the Mississippi River!

I was hesitant to bring my 16 year old daughter with myself and my wife. But turns out the guy we saw was family oriented (prior to 10 pm crowed). His name was Memphis Jones. He was great! $3 cover for adults (daughter free). Dinner food was reasonable and good. I recommend BB Kings to folks with kids going earlier... More

I would have given 5 stars but.... The House Band is absolutely the best on Beale Street! High energy! Wonderful talent! We loved them so much we went back on Saturday. Then we were told that they replaced the house band with a "new" act. We sat outside and listened to the lead singer butcher all of the greats. She... More

B.B. King's is certainly a big name on Beale Street and we went there one evening to listen to the music there. We paid a $3 cover charge (must clubs didn't have a cover charge). We had a good table close to the stage. The King Beezs were performing that night. We thought the music was a bit more soul... More

Kept coming back to this Blues club whilst in Memphis and saw some amazing blues singers . Sure there's a cover charge in the evening but it has a great feel and there seems to be a good local following as well Of all the blues houses in Bourbon street for me this was the best .

Little to nothing authentic. Band plays covers and is far from inspiring. Food is unremarkable but edible. Safe bet for family entertainment but nothing to write home about. Better choices on Beale. Complacency on part of BB Kings. Blues is dead here.

We were disappointed with the service - we ordered Starters & Entrees - Entrees arrived first so were sent away. Starters (Soul Platter) arrived and they were enormous - We felt our server (Big Jeff) should have warned us that one between us would have been quite adequate. Half way through the starters, our main course was delivered again -... More

the music is awesome. The house band is fantastic and they have a lot of talent playing on various nites. The food is good. We had apps and drinks and were very happy with them. There is not a bad seat in the house. Service was good

This place is so much fun and has great food. The live music is great and there's even some room for dancing. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Highly recommended!
