My best friend, my daughter and I came to Memphis to see The Phantom of the Opera this past weekend at the Orpheum. What an amazing experience! The atmosphere of The Orpheum was as much at experience as The Phantom. We will definitely make the trip back soon!

This is a wonderfully maintained theater. I was very impressed. Its like you step back in time when you enter the theater itself. there are lots of great details in the architecture. My husband and I had a great night out.

My wife & friends and I just attended the Phantom Of The Opera at the Orpheum. What a perfect venue with Gold leafed and silver adornments blending right in to the massive elaborate sets of the Phantom on stage. No setting could be better.

This is such a beautiful theatre...it's well-kept and well-run. We got into town the day before we attended the recent Penn & Teller show. We heard about the show while were there, so booked tickets at the last minute. We had no problems getting our tickets from "will call" and encountered friendly ticket booth staff as well as ushers. The... More

We recently saw Penn & Teller at the Orpheum and loved the classic design. Sound and lighting were top notch and overall, the lobby and side rooms were very luxurious. The air condition had a struggle to try to keep the auditorium cool, and seating is a bit cramped for a big guy. However, it it a wonderful venue for... More

We went to see an old Elvis movie here. It's a huge, old fashioned theater. Very ornate. Nice. They don't make theaters like this anymore.

The venue was simply beautiful. Had a wonderful time and had purchased great seats. The Orchestra level seats provided an excellent view.

This is a wonderful theater to go to in Memphis! It has been refurbished to its grand old style. The interior is full of beautiful walls with wonderful detail in gold as the most wonderful actors of the past (and now today) came to perform. Off stage the equipment would rival any modern stage. So, all performances are superb and... More

The Orpheum consistently provides one of the premier entertainment experiences in Memphis. On a recent visit we again enjoyed the splendor of Southern hospitality while enjoying a great show. The setting and decor takes you back to the days where the theatre was an event to remember and not merely just another show. The acoustics are terrific, staff is attentive... More
