The falls are stunning at any time of the year but this weekend with all the rainfall it was in full spate have never seen it as high it was just short of the bridge but absolutely stunning. Killin is a beautiful place lovely walks etc and a lovely place to kick back and relax.

The water was very high due to rain the first day we were there and were awesome to watch, passed the falls often during our stay and they never cease to impress

The Falls of Dochart are EXTREMELY impressive and pleasing to the eye. A paragon of cascading waters in such a beautiful and secluded part of Scotland! Cannot recommend it, or the nearby Killin Hotel, highly enough. My parents and I visited shortly after a long spell of perpetual rain across the north and so the Falls of Dochart gushed forth... Water was in spate so was very powerful and thrilling to see. Although there was still areas that were flooded due to recent heavy rain, there were paths to walk on beside the falls which were manageable.

The falls are amazing just after a period of heavy rain. We were witness to huge amounts of fast flowing waters which created a fine mist which was so refreshing. The banks were lined with photographers and people using their mobiles so you may have to wait for the right moment, plus there is also the Clan McNab burial ground... More

Great place for a stop in the highlands. The fireworks on New Year's Eve was a great experience with most of the village coming out. Make sure you get the key from the outdoor shop and walk through the Clan Macnab burial grounds in the falls.

Falls were in full flow when we arrived so made it a worthy visit. Got some great photos of it in full flow.

Visited the falls during daylight and it is so relaxing sitting by the water. Also it was the venue for the New Years firework display. Which was impressive and lit up the water

The falls were in full flow and created a spectacular sight. They run right through the village of Killin into Loch Tay.
