River runs over and around the rocks as it trundles through the village. Beautiful on a sunny day. Far more spectacular on a very rainy day. Easy way to spend an hour. Mesmerised by the water and it's sound.

There is no “fall” as such but a wide stretch of river with the water flowing over the rocks. Located in the village of Killin with a gift shop, pub & cafe. Free car-park.

We drove through Killin every day of our holiday. And every day I had a good look at the falls as we drove past, and saw something different each time. We decided not to stop and look until the day before we left. There had been some rain the day before that, which raised the water a bit, which I... More

The weather was amazingly hot when we visited Killin and the falls were not as dramatic as they would have been after heavy rain.

These falls are in the quaint town of Killin. Not only are they beautiful, but on a sunny day, we were able to walk out on them to enjoy the warmth of the rocks and to take so outstanding pictures. The bridge over the falls is narrow for vehicle traffic and pedestrians must also share the space so it's wise... More

We can upon the Falls quite by accident, on a beautiful summers's evening. We ate in the Dochart Falls Inn which was excellent, whilst looking out over the falls!

Brilliant falls which can be seen briefly as you drive over the bridge, however beware of tourist standing and taking photos in the middle of the road! been several times now and always impressed. it doesn't matter if the flow is fast or slow it is still great to watch. It is quite impressive when partly frozen and snowy

The Falls of Dochart are spread over rocks spanning the whole widthe of the river channelling into a narrower small gorge below the bridge. Tourists have been known to have been swept of their feet when venturing over the rocks. The Falls of Dochart Inn is right beside the bridge.

This. Is our second visit to Killen and Dochart Falls, still impressive waterway, to be able to walk on the rocks is great, last time we saw many tadpoles but not this time. The sound of the falls is relaxing. The little village is nice with a gift shop, fish & chips shop and tea rooms plus more. Recommend a... More
