Took my father for dinner the other night which was very nice in all respects, good food, nice ambience and good service, however, in my opinion charging £11.70 for a double gin and tonic ( normal Gin ) is taking the pi$$. you can buy a bottle for that price.

The clubhouse and changing rooms are very good, however the course is dreadful.
I played the Carrick golf course in mid-October '09 and the conditions were appalling. The fairways were shocking with black stagnant water leaking out of a lot of them and the greens were the bumpiest I've ever played on in over ten years playing golf.
