Sealife adventures run whale watching and wildlife boat trips from our private pontoon and car park on the mainland near Oban. We run 3,4 and 5 hour trips which are suitable for all ages. All our trips include the famous Corryvreckan whirlpool. We are the longest established operator in the area (26 years), our owner skipper David has a degree in marine biology. Our stable spacious boat is the most powerful in the area and holds the highest certificate of seaworthiness.

We went on a 3 hour boat trip with David and Sarah and it was the high light of our stay in Argyllshire. We got lucky and got to see 1 (maybe even 2) minke whales much to the absolute delight of our 7 year old. David and Sarah were informative and welcoming and their passion for the sea and... More

We went on a 4hr boat trip with David and Charlotte, from the minute we were aboard we were made to feel so welcome! Everyone was offered a hot drink, biscuits, binoculars (which are excellent) and waterproofs. We then set off on our adventure, the boat is not packed we only had 8 on board which allows everyone lots of... More

Had a great trip out with David and Charlotte, Saw otters almost as soon as we left the pontoon then seals, porpoises, lots of various sea birds but best of all a pair of sea eagles as we spun round in the wirlpool. Unfortunately a bit late in the year for whales but then you can't have everything. Also deer... More

This is run by marine biologists so their knowledge makes any trip much more interesting. The boat is fast but very comfortable and offers good facilities. I couldn't go on an organised tour but joined a diving day. I was made very welcome and couldn't ask for more. A huge thanks to David and his team for being so kind... More

We took the 3 hour whirlpool trip as it was the only one available to fit in with our itinerary. David and Charlotte were fantastic hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable. The weather was glorious, flat calm with bright sunshine, seals were spotted almost as soon as we left the jetty. As with all these trips, there's a certain amount of... More

A wonderful 4 hour whirlpool trip where we saw a high amount of wildlife including seals, porpoises and many sea birds. We also saw where the sea eagles nest. David and Charlotte were brilliant and a special thank you to Charlotte, I learnt so much from her today, she knows her wildlife and the local area like no other. I... More

This is our 3rd 5-hour cruise with David. All have been different and all have been brilliant and each one has been a wonderful experience. We are planning our next trip already. David's considerable knowledge of the wildlife, and the terrain is extremely obvious and is surely the main reason that we see so much otherwise elusive wildlife. This trip... More
