We took the 7 hour whalewatching trip at July 10th, our wedding anniversary, to have a special day during our Scotland journey. This trip was booked by 35 passengers so the boat was really crowded. During the trip this was not a problem but as soon there were sightings of animals announced it was difficult to get some space at... More

Saw one of their boats while in Tobermory for the day and decided to look at the trips they offered on the spur of the moment. Decided to book the 2 hour Eco trip as I had 3 children with me. Cost £75 I think. I really don't think the staff could have crammed more into a 2 hour trip... More

Took the 7 hour whalewatching trip with the family - saw some minke whales a long way off, porpoises and seals. Plenty of sea birds, and watching them all in action was probably my favourite memory of the trip, along with stopping off at a small sandy, rocky island surrounded by seals. Worth bringing some food with you, just tea,... More

Been out with Sealife Surveys twice on two different visits to Mull. Once on the 4 hour cruise and once on the 7 hour whale watch. Unfortunately as is the way with wildlife, its not guaranteed and we weren't blessed with any of the big ceteceans on either of our trips. However, the trip is excellent the staff very friendly,... Spent a full day on the Sula Beag 7 hour whale watching trip. The boat left Tobermory promptly following an introduction to the crew, a brief of what to expect during the trip and safety/housekeeping information. The crew are very knowledgable and passionate about marine life and nature in general and took the time to answer all questions. Sadly no... More

Had a truly wonderful day with Sea Life Surveys. The sea was very calm and we saw porpoise and a feeding frenzy of gannets and shearwaters as well as minke wales but what made this a trip of a lifetime was a visit from a very special minke identified as Kasey, she actually came right up to our boat, swam... This is the second trip we've done with Sea Life Surveys and it didn't disappoint. Eagles,Minke Whales, Porpoises, Gannets galore, hundreds of Manx Shearwaters, Skuas, and many many more. Well worth every penny. Crew of Popz, Ewan, Andy and Rhona are all so enthusiastic about the wildlife and conversation. Can't wait for trip number three!!

We booked a 7h whale watch tour in June 2014. The departure was on time and the ship a comfortable one with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Being out in the sea watching minke whales, dolphins, eagles, seals and different kinds of sea birds was an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed trawling plankton out of the sea and examining... This was our 4th time taking the day long trip with Sealife Surveys. The fact that we have returned is a strong indicator that we have enjoyed every trip. This trip (on 10th June) was for us the best ever - it was superb!! As always the crew were very welcoming and informative throughout. As always the wildlife were the... More

We went for the Wildlife Adventure 4hrs trip, as we were not sure if the whole family would be al-right with a 7hr trip. The crew looked after us well, with a short talk about Sea Life Survey & how it started, what we were hoping to see & were we would go. We had good views of sea &... More
