This was excellent. We did the 3 hour trip with 2 small children and had a fabulous afternoon. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

We were staying in Shieldaig and decided we would like to go on one of the boat trips. As I'm not a lover of being on water, I was in favour of the 1 1/2 hour morning trip thinking this would be plenty but my partner persuaded me to do the 3 hour afternoon one and I'm so glad that... More

tried out shorter trip on Sunday 6 July to 'test the water' . our only upset was that we did not take longer trip!! kenny and family could not do enough to ensure we had fantastic experience. hopefully back in September and will certainly look forward to longer trip then. can't wait!!!!

Having injured my knee, walking was out of the question so, while my wife and dog went up a hill together, I spent the day on a truly memorable trip out to the beautiful Isle of Rona, with skipper Kenny and his daughter Gemma, on their boat the Seaflower. Torridon is very much about both the land and the sea... More

Went for the three hour afternoon trip. The captain and crew were truly knowledgeable, and went through explanations of where we were, the flora and fauna, sea life and birds and even a lesson in Geology. Admittedly, we had a good day (weather wise) but would fully endorse this as an excellent excursion and well worth the money. Free refreshments... More

The weather was good and the sea was like a mirror so calm. Before we had gone past the little island by Shieldaig we saw an otter swimming and catching fish. Then a sea plane came in to land to collect his passengers. At the end of the island there were 2 sea eagles sitting on a pine tree. The... More

We spent a lovely sunny morning aboard the Seaflower with Kenny and Gemma, who took us around Loch Torridon and out to Red Point via Diabaig bay. We spotted a Sea Eagle through the trees but were unable to find again for anyone else to see. Plenty of great wildlife to view and amazing coastal scenery with a great cup... More

The Seaflower and her crew, Gemma and Kenny are a real asset to Shieldaig. She is a comfortable and speedy catamaran and Gemma and Kenny's attention to detail made the trip. They know all there is to know about the area and we loved seeing the Munros we climbed in the past from a different angle. Gemma brought delicious cakes... More

We had the most amazing afternoon trip on board the Seaflower, and really cannot recommend enough. We were a group with a broad age range, 13yrs to 70yrs, and we all thoroughly enjoyed. We saw plenty of wildlife and were all thrilled to see the White-tailed Sea-eagle. Kenny and Gemma are so knowledgable about the geology and wildlife of the... More

We took the evening tour of Loch Torridon. It lasted about an hour and a half and took us around to Diabeg Bay. The weather was clear and we saw all the way out to Lewis and Harris. The father and daughter team were very knowledgeable and our conversation ranged from the geological story of Torridon (fascinating!) to the natural... More
