The loch has history

The geology, the captain and first mate and the fabulous views. The trip was great, the boat superb, and the knowledge shared perfect. Every moment was a treasure

Many thanks Kenny and Gemma for our cruise of loch torridon. The highlights were the fabulous views of the white tailed eagles, the porpoises, the geology and the past history of the area, not forgetting Gemma's coffee and cookies. A wonderful experience, we will be back.

We took the day trip to the island of Rona. It's the longest and most expensive of their trips, but well worth it. Liked: seeing sea eagles from not too far Liked: also seeing other birds, seals and porpoises Liked: lunch on salmon and giant prawns, with wine Liked: walking on Rona and talking to wardens

Gemma and Kenny were the perfect hosts on their lovely boat. Not too much wildlife around on the day but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned lots about the geology, history and wildlife in the area, topped off with some nice coffee and delicious home baking. Living locally, we'll definitely be back out with them again in the future!

A really enjoyable experience, me and my partner had a great time and we were really well looked after by Gemma and Kenny who were informative and really enthusiastic about all of the wildlife we saw and they even gave us lots of insight into highland life too, including tips on some lovely places to eat. We were provided with... More

The afternoon boat trip was brilliant! Hardly had we set sail when we were looking at young sea eagles and at the same time had our first sighting of a porpoise. The scenery was magnificent and an added bonus was the beautiful weather. The boat is immaculate and Gemma and her dad make such an effort to make everyone on... More

The boat trip was excellent and the owners really looked after us. Very reasonable prices as well. We were made very welcome on the boat and given a lovely mug of tea and home baked rock cakes.
