Popped in here for a very quick look. We had checked out the website before coming.........a 30 min film show doesn't constitute a living museum in my book!!! We didn't stay.

We went here whilst waiting for the boat ride as its just next door. The shop sells good quality items leather, deer horn and other Scottish items. we watched the film which we had to leave 5 minutes before the end off because of the boat but the film was very informative and interesting how the kilt came about. The... More

Celtic items for sale here at reasonable prices. They offer a film but we did not have time to see it.

I was really looking forward to visiting here but when I arrived I discovered it was just a very expensive gift shop with a small cinema type room attached to the side. I also found that the next screening of any sort was the following day ! I really hope it was just because September is a little out of... More

Very interesting. Just a tiny place, wish we'd had more time. Will visit again. Would definitely recommend visiting while in Fort Augustus.

Lovely shop with lots of celtics crafts of high quality and prices very adjusted (you can see items quite similar in other shops but little more expensive).

Extremely positive experience. The centre is small but with a great attitude. In a short time you will understand the real life of the Highlanders in a fun and knowledgeable presentation. The little shop with character adds to the experience.
