Went on the 90 minute RIB boat trip which goes as far as the castle. We even took put two dogs which they enjoyed too. The trip was exhilarating, informative and in my opinion the best way to see Loch Ness and hear about the history of its shore lines. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you... Tony talked us into the RIP boat, an 8 passenger speed board, for a 40 mile FAST trip on Loch Ness. I will eternally be grateful! What a incredible time! Comfortable, safe, informative and DRY! Many stops for photos and animal spotting and a great view of Urquart castle.

Fort Augustus is a lovely little town on Loch Ness and is a good place to try a cruise on the waters and go monster hunting. The boats are clean and well maintained and one of the crew gives an interesting talk on the loch and its history and origins. Downstairs there are echo sounders and sonar pictures of the... More

This was a most enjoyable cruise on The Royal Scot. The crew are friendly and they give you so much really interesting information that it is quite educational. The explanations of the different SONAR screens and their readings was surprisingly good. Food and drink on board is okay and reasonably priced and overall I think the trip is worth the... More

Very friendly staff, gave us lots of information about the loch and area around. Really great fun despite it being quite calm.

My wife and I took the Loch Ness evening cruise on August 3rd. Loch Ness is certainly the most iconic lake in the world and the tour provided valuable information about its place in Scottish history. The guide had an excellent sense of humor and it was fun listening to him explain about the ship's sonar system and fish finding... More

Just come back from touring the Scottish Highlands. What an experience !! It is absolutely breath taking and well worth the visit. We left from Edinburgh with our driver/guide, Mac, who has a wealth of knowledge of anything Scottish and kept us entertained with his tales of William Wallace, Rob Roy McGregor, the Jacobites and a few others..........great fun. Thanks... More

We took the one hour tour on a beautiful sunny day. gGreat to be on the water. the talk by the ships captain was both educatioal and very funny. A great way to spend an hour. the chance to get a photo of " Nessie " is not to be missed.

Thank you for a great trip, both myself and my wife enjoyed ourselves. We might not have seen Nessie and it may have been chilly but the views and a hot coffee (reasonably priced) where all we needed for a great trip. Will recommend.

Went on an evening cruise of the loch. The Geordie guy who gave us a wee introduction to the loch and its illusive inhabitant was very entertaining. Would recommend a cruise on the loch to anyone visiting Fort Augustus.
