Lovely trip, friendly staff and a beautiful sunny day. Scenery was stunning and commentary was informative and not too intrusive.

It was very much a last minute decision to take an hour cruise on the Royal Scott. As we entered the Loch, I was a little disappointed with the pre-recorded commentary but about 10 mins into the cruise the crew took over and we were treated to the interests and anecdotes that I always feel add to a trip like... What a great trip! We only planned on stopped in for a quick look at the loch, but realized that it would be silly not to go out for a spin on the boat. Thank goodness we made that decision, since it proved to be one of the best experiences of the holiday. We did the 60 min Nessie hunt,... More

We chose the 90 minute speed boat trip to Urquhart castle and it was worth all the money. The guide was full of information, stories and legends from the loch which made the journey informative and fun as well. The boat went really fast which was an unforgettable experience. Urquhart castle was smaller and less exciting than we expected, but... More

We (two adults and two teens) took the 1.5 hour Urquhart Castle rib tour. It was excellent: perfect mix of exciting, high speed manoeuvres, interesting Loch Ness facts and opportunities to admire the surrounding environment. Our skipper, Al, was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and made sure everyone was safe, happy and enjoying themselves. Not sure why we haven't done this before... More

My husband and I had a great tour on the enclosed RIB boat from Inverness, it was just us and the guide Rory, who was clearly very passionate about Loch Ness and Scotland. I am sure when you put your signage in place at dochgarroch loch you will attract more business for this run.

The staff are lovely and willing to chat about Nessie! The commentary on the cruise is brilliant - lots of fascinating facts about the shoreline and how they tried to find Nessie. The boat is well stocked and you can enjoy a lovely drink whilst cruising. The do trips right up to 8pm which is lovely as the sun is... More

We opted for the 1.5 hour speedboat ride with cruise loch ness which went up to urquart castle and stopped for photos and some interesting facts. The experience had us all whooping and cheering from the beginning from unexpected turns and speeding over the waves . Apparently " us scots are hard as nails" :) the two skippers we had... More

First hour and a half of fun was on the RIB tour, the warm suits were required to stave off the wind on the Loch, but the entertaining guide (Tony, I believe) certainly helped with informative and funny tales of the history of the Loch. The ride back was glorious, with both speedboats using each other's wakes to liven things... More
