Just had a great visit to Xscape, which was all decked out in Christmas decorations and lights and looking wonderful. There is so much to do there you can never be bored, with indoor climbing, rides, soccer circus, restaurants, outdoor clothing and ski-wear shops, Odeon cinema and real snow slopes, with ski and snowboard tuition on offer. Hubby and I went skiing at Xscape at Braehead in Glasgow. Stena Line run day trips from Belfast for £45 per head which includes all coach transfers, ski and boot hire and two hours skiing. (I think the cost of 2 hrs skiing at Braehead is £31, not sure if equipment is included in this price, clothing hire extra). Inside... more
