This bar is now closed and has been for quite some time. There is nothing else I can say but shall try to make up to 100 characters. It was good when it was open but now it's closed & I have no idea if or when it will reopen.

sadly the building the Curly Coo was in was sold and the new owner evicted her. It is very sad as she had a great wee pub there.

Be sure to visit the Curly Coo in Crieff.......but you need to go there soon as it shuts this week :-( The premises have been sold and Mandy is moving on- such a pity as the place was so welcoming to three thirsty travellers one Friday in June. Good luck Mandy and I hope that the place in Tarbert is... More

Heaven for any whiskey fan, which I am not. But this made no difference to the warm welcome I and the group of around 15 blokes, having a stag party in the town of Crieff. Good luck to Mandy for the future.

I visited the Curly Coo last week and was delighted at the fine selection of malt whisky. The owner was a delight, very friendly and hospitable. She has a good knowledge of the whiskies and was very interesting to chat too. She is moving on elsewhere in the near future and taking her name with her. I'm sure she will... More

Mandys gem of a bar is just the perfect spot to explore the vast variety of Scottish whiskeys without ruining neither your vallet nor anything else. I never thought that so many bottles fit in such a tiny bar, which makes it even cosier. Mandys selection and her profound expertise make anyone find his or her ideal Single Malt. Two... More

.....stumbled upon the Curly Coo Bar when visiting Crieff and avoiding Eurovision on the TV. I had planned a drink in each of the town centre bars, but I never left the Coo. Mary, owner and whisky connoisseur, is relaxed and welcoming and clearly enjoys the banter with her regulars. Visitors get an equally warm welcome from Mary and the... More

Hadn't been to Crieff for many years and was delighted to find a bar with such a great whisky selection as this. Its not just that the owner has collected a large amount of whiskies - but its obvious she knows her stuff - and has gathered a wide and very interesting range. I was tempted to try the Port... More

At first glance, it did seem a little dark and dingy, but we were made very welcome and had a very enjoyable visit.

The Curly Coo is the only place in Crieff with a fantastic atmosphere, if in the area it's a must to go but be warned Curly Coo is on the move so watch out Mandy is by far the best person to have behind the bar very knowledgeable everyone happy
