When visitors ask where a good place for coffee is, I invariably recommend the Watermill, along with one or two other places. The atmosphere is very good and the layout is cosy and snug. The service is really good and the surroundings (garden in the summer) and bookshop make it a destination place.

A 'real' bookshop - superb selection of local and children' books. Space to sit and read. A great atmosphere and not pushy. Could do with wifi to make the experience complete. Pricy but good cakes and coffee etc.

We attempted to visit the watermill, finding it is not easy as signage isn't very prominent. Eventually we found (or think we found) the carpark which was tucked down a back lane, lots of signs saying no parking as other businesses/private parking for houses were in the same small area. There were people parking on the streets leading up to... More

We just had coffee there and it is really nice. If we had not had such a large breakfast we would have had some of their splendid looking cakes!

While staying in Aberfeldy a couple of weeks ago we called in to this lovely little cafe which is located in the building of an old Watermill. Just inside there's a book shop with a little room off to the side which contains children's books. Downstairs there is a quaint little cafe. Their hot chocolate is so good I had... More

Lovely old building with interesting books and a very good tearoom. If the sun shines, a seat on the terrace with coffee and cake is a delight.

Beautiful collection of books. Inspirational. Lovely atmosphere and pleasant coffee shop. Also enjoyed the adjacent shop for it's quirky and very collectable items. Cute outdoor seating area.
