In my opinion, the best views of the bridges, and of the Firth of Forth, are from South Queensferry. To get here from the city, take the train to Dalmeny and follow the overgrown footpath signposted for the ferry to Inchcolm. When you reach an overgrown footbridge, you have a choice of routes: the tarmac drive to your left will... more

See it before you die, its the most underrated bridge in the world. Better than any US/LONDON BRIDGE. Easy to get to, from Airport entrance take a bus. Nice village called Queens ferry where you can get some nice fish and chips. Then just sit on the rocks and stair at the trains as they rumble over this amazing structure.... more
