Local Palette is a pearl in a bowl of grits. I like grits, have eaten them all my life, but Local Palette is a delightful change from the other attractions in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The Local Palette Gallery is a pleasant surprise in Lynchburg, Tennessee! In a place traditionally focused on Jack Daniels we found a beautiful little art gallery featuring several Tennessee based artists.
