Swings close by for children and right next to Anstruther golf club.

Just a lovely little beach that is sheltered and very close to where I live. It is a lovely place to go and sit winter or summer and OK for a swim on the better days!

This is a lovely little beach, my grandkids love rock pooling here, next to the small golf course and away from the main small town of Anstruther.

small beach area, but was perfect for family picnic.... kids have enough room to run wild but not far enough for you to loose them.

Billow Ness Beach is a bit of sand beside Anstruther Wester harbor that some people are rarely seen sitting on and that as few locals use for the stepping stones across the Dreel River as a short cut from the road, at times of low tide when the sea is out. This is less of a beach than a bit... More

Nice little, quite quiet family oriented beach which is sheltered from the wind and has lovely clean sand.

A great place to walk the dogs after lunch. We parked at the golf course and made our way from there. Lots of golden sand and rocky edges.

Very near Beaumont lodge where we stayed, a lovely little beach we had it virtually to ourselves. Lovely to sit and read a book listening to the water. Public toilets close by.

I've walked this lovely little beach several times when visited friends in Anstruther. A bracing wind in February was probably one of my lease favourite visits, but it is pretty sheltered & glorious when the sun sneaks out from behind a cloud.

Not much in the way of amenities, but more than makes up for that in natural beauty. This is a great little beach, which we had to ourselves in early October. I'm sure it would be more busy on a hot Summer day. We didn't try the water, but I assume it would be pretty cold.
