We had alovely day at monkeyworld with our two children. The monkeys are fantastic and there is alot to see, plus talks etc which we found very interesting. the facilities are great for those with children, lots of places to eat and drink outside, parks and outdoor activities, plus a restaurant coffee house inside which looked nice and not too... I read some of the other reviews where people were disappointed at not seeing monkeys. This is always going to be the case, as it is with zoos and wildlife parks. However, we were there for 4 hours and saw plenty. The animals on the whole seem happy, there were some chimps that were sitting and rocking but when you... More

It was my partner rather than I that was keen to visit, but I'm so glad that we did. We took our 9mth old baby who really interacted with the environment. The monkeys were all obviously very well cared for and had lots and lots of room. At £11.25 each for entry and only £1 for the souvenir booklet (equivalent... More

Had a great day at Monkey World - this is a brilliant place to come and support rescued primates who had such a terrible start in life. It's so nice to see them in a safe, secure environment with others. The upkeep must be high but they don't rip you off like other places - lunch, coffee, gift shop and... More

We love this place, lots of monkeys (obviously!) and great play areas. Interesting and informative talks from the keepers, lots of information around about the different monkeys. It was absolutely chucking it down with rain when we went so a lot of the monkeys were inside but you can still see them in their inside enclosures. We didn't eat there,... More

The entrance fee was very reasonable for what we saw in there. The park clearly fundamentally cares about animals, for example, there are warnings not to leave dogs in cars, strict smoking rules, and lots of signs in place to protect the resident monkeys. The signposts near the enclosures were informative and made me realise the effort that the park... More

This is always a good day out and have visited before and always a lots to see even when raining. There are new monkeys all the time and always lots of information about the residents. It is easy to get to and good parking facilities, If your child wants to just play a while there are two very good play... More

Great for young kids, indoor and outdoor play areas, monkeys looked happy, highly recommend the steak pasty and hot chocolate as they were both gorgeous and great value. We stayed here between 10am-12 then went to Lulworth Cove which was 15 mins drive away.
