This place is absolutely amazing. All the monkeys are so well looked after and they look so happy with the play areas they have. Its a brilliant day out with plenty of space to walk around if its busy. The restaurant and cafes on site are not expensive really it was £2.00 for a latte and £2.95 for a large... More

Visited for a Family Wedding, the chosen venue for the ceremony! The attraction and staff could not have done enough to ensure the couple had the most memorable day! Kids were well catered for with free roaming of the park and play area. Staff were happy to help with whatever needs we had, we were made to feel most welcome!

We visited with friends who have adopted a monkey and get free admission. At £11.75, I thought the admission fee for us was very reasonable considering the prices of other attractions I have been to, and you know that the money is well used in helping these primates. We were there for about 3 hours, wandering around and looking at... More

Its been many years since we've been to this fantastic centre of rescued monkeys and apes form all over the world.Whilst watching the Gibbons, one of the keepers was giving one some baby oil rubs to his feet and hands plus lots of tickles and we were there ages talking and watching the superb interaction between them! Great for all the... More

From the entrance to the exit the whole day was over whelming , the monkeys were entertaining, well looked after, plenty of room for them to feel like they were in their natural environment, the staff were informative from the restaurants to the park, the park has set talk times for each area, you can pay extra for your personal... Travelled down from London to Dorset especially to visit Monkey World and can honestly say wasn't disappointed. The attraction is a little out of the way, making it difficult by public transport but was well signposted for car travel. It had plenty of free car parking. We arrived just as the park was opening and found it to be quieter.... More

Sometimes when you go to a zoo you feel uncomfortable because the animals are caged and unable to roam free. At Monkey World many of the apes have been rescued from terrible lives as grown-up pets that their owners could no longer manage, test animals that drug companies no longer wanted, performing animals kept in poor conditions. At Monkey World... More

We had a great day here, what I first noticed is how clean it was, the enclosures were spotless. There was so many primates to see, they were all happy and healthy and really enjoying their surroundings, the keepers make sure that they are entertained which in turn entertains us, it was fun to watch them playing. There is a... More

The park was a lot different to what I was expected but surpassed expectations! I can see some reviewers have said that the enclosures are too big which is a disappointment as the monkeys are harder to spot but I think the monkeys having so much space is a good thing as it shows they are being given a good... I have always been an avid fan of monkey world, including the series monkey life and monkey business. My partner bought me a personalised tour for Christmas and I was so excited! I must say it really didn't disappoint. It's excellent value for money and I learnt a lot about individual members of the primates and the keepers own personal... More
