We spent the day at Monkey World over half term, our 3 kids loved it. It is our 3rd visit and it is just as enjoyable each time. The facilities get better each year and the special offers for kids over the school holidays were brilliant.

I've seen it many of times on tv and always wanted to visit. It was a great day out I think we was here for a good few hours or more. We manage to see Gordon and watch the keepers feed the orangutans . It was well worth the visit

Was a little disappointed with this attraction to be honest, there didn't appear to be many monkeys out and about, in fact we basically saw Capuchins, Gorillas and a couple of other kinds. Granted it was February, cold and the keepers were cleaning some of the habitats out (I don't want to say cages as they weren't ). To be... More

Amazing experience, great to see all the apes being in such great surroundings. I didn't want to leave. Cafe didn't have much choice of food left when we went so a picnic will be taken when we return. A great little taster ready for our trip to a sanctuary in Borneo this summer.

We came here after watching the programme on it. We should have gone more in the summer but we wanted to go. The monkeys were hiding but i don't blame them as it was cold! What we saw, they were cute. Can imagine it would be a good day out in the summer. The staff so a great job.

We visited yesterday and had a lovely time. The monkeys looked well cared for and had lots of space to 'monkey around'. It is a great place for children with lots of play areas and good for picnics if you were brave enough for the chilly weather. The restaurant was adequate the burger wasn't the best and was ok value.... More

We visited monkey world during February half term, taking advantage of the "kids for a quid" promotion. It has been 25 years since we last went, so we expected some changes. Overall Monkey World is great and allowing your children to get really close to the animals is great entertainment, photo ops galore! I do have to say I was... More

We were in the area and had a few hours to fill so popped in during half term not something we would normally attempt but arriving later in the day as other we're drifting away was actually a good move. As always the care and dedication of all the staff and helpers was evident, the animals have lovely enclosures and... More

This is a fantastic place to visit for both adults and children. So much good work being done to help these lovely animals have a nice home. There spaces are well proportioned and they have lots of toys etc to keep them amused. We spent the day here in half term, made all the more enjoyable due to gorgeous weather.... More
