I love the model village, the grounds, the shop, the cafe. My son Charlie adores the fairy garden, we walk through it every time we come for something to eat, we have to whisper so as not to disturb the fairies. Sometimes Charlie has a little item from the shop, as a 'special treat' he calls it, very reasonably priced,... More

Dear Corrinne, Thank you very much for writing about the Model Village, we are very happy to hear that you love visiting us, we love seeing you all, especially when it gets a little rude! Two culprits there! We have just re opened for the half term, and have done quite a bit of improvements in the garden, though some... More

We visited the tea rooms here and had a delicious and enormous piece of the most delicious coffee and walnut cake and a lovely cup of tea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and ensured we were happy and enjoying our experience

The café is a good idea being in the courtyard, but my mother and I could not hear ourselves think as we tried to drink tea because of a spoiled, confounded hollering child. The noise level was such that we took one look at each other and fled. I realize this is not the cafes fault but the experience was... More

it really is a village thing, worth a little wonder round if you are in the village. It gives you some history lessons as you walk around. The tea shop is lovely and very friendly

Corfe Castle Village is very cute. There are few gift shops in the village as well as quite a few pubs. Really enjoyed a short walk around the village and a meal in one of the pubs.

We have visited this attraction before; this time for just light refreshment sitting in the sunshine on the patio.

We visited here on a rainy day and had a blast, so I think if you were here on a sunny day it would be even better. Before you even get to the model village there are lovely kept gardens with games (croquet, connect 4 etc.) to keep all the family amused. The model village is very well made and... More

I love model villages so couldn't wait to visit. The setting is beautiful and the model village itself is interesting, but there's not much to it. The best part was seeing what the castle would've looked like originally. I wouldn't visit again but as there's not much else to see in Corfe Castle you may as well visit.

We took the train from Swange to Corfe and found the Model Village and Cafe for lunch, we sat outside as the weather was so nice and both had the chicken and bacon ceasar salad which was very good, would recommend a visit.
