Our three year old enjoyed it...we did not

It is a children's farm so I suppose it is correct that our grandson, aged 3, enjoyed it. We tolerated it but I cannot say we liked it. Abbotsbury is a stunning location and... read more

It is a children's farm so I suppose it is correct that our grandson, aged 3, enjoyed it. We tolerated it but I cannot say we liked it. Abbotsbury is a stunning location and the farm has some interesting buildings...and the café is fairly good. There are a lot of furry animals as one would expect and a good soft... More

Disappointed by how small this farm was. Very pleasant, saw sheep racing, goats and held a guinea pig, but finished in half an hour, Disappointing.

Took our 2 year old grandson to the farm and what a fabulous time we had. Great fun, loads to do and a safe environment Our grandson had a pony ride which made his afternoon complete

Friendly, lots to do and see for all ages, will go again. Loved the duck and lamb racing and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the guinea pig and rabbit enclosure.

We went here only because we wanted to visit the Swannery and the Botanical Gardens. It was horrible. The animals were penned up in spaces that were far too small, it was unclean and they had no freedom or respite from the screaming children. It was like a prison. Please never go here.

This is a lovely little farm with plenty to do. Great for children under 8 years old. Not expensive either. Plus you can combine it with a family ticket to the swannery and subtropical gardens which are both lovely places to visit too. The swannery is especially good when the swans are having their babies.

We were here with our grandchildren. It is a fairly expensive visit but if you buy a multi ticket for here the swanery and the gardens it is more reasonable, you can also use Tesco Club points (on line not at the venue). There is a variety of animals and amusements, but the place is let down with a lack... More

I recently visited with my wife and 19 month old daughter. My daughter was very excited and kept saying 'moo' in the lead up to our visit, really looking forward to seeing the farm. After my wife struggled with the decent (and assent later), we reached the farm. We paid for two Passport tickets (planning to do the farm and... More

Fabulous day out for the children, lovely soft play, great farm and they loved the pony rides (had to pay extra and could have been a little longer!). The shop is brilliant and I picked up some bits for children's birthdays in secret! They had a straw bale play area which was really good fun but my boys did come... More

My grandchildren really enjoyed this - a variety of animals ( not a great range) but all the ingredients that fit the bill for the smaller children. Mine enjoyed the indoor soft play area, and the water playing ( which occupied them for a long time). The Sheep race was slightly daft as the first in the pen were the... More
