it is a lovely place to go for a nice walk. The park has a whole range of activities and play areas for all different ages groups. Basketball, 5 a-side, skate board park, pitch and putt, crazy golf (during summer) and a cafe (open during summer). Dogs are very welcome but not sure about leash restrictions because I do not... Phear park has plenty of room to teach kids to ride their bikes or just let them go. Park onsite. Toilets. Refreshments during summer season. Just a lovely relaxing, safe place. Some parking. Dog walking for those canine lovers. Benches for picnic.

Revisited this park recently after about 25 years. It is still as lovely as i remember from my childhood, except it now has the added addition of a big play area, skate park plus various courts for ball games. If you are staying close by and fancy a change from the glorious Exmouth beach, then the kids will love it.... More

What a fabulous fun park this is! So much space and every age group catered for. Ponds where you can catch a glimpse of newts and frogs and of course tadpoles in the spring.

Beautiful. Haven't been for a few years, but what I do remember it was such a lively place for a Sunday afternoon walk, or a game of crazy golf. I loved afternoons in this park.

A big park for letting your dog off the lead for a run. Pitch and putt golf is very good. There is also a skate park and a playground for kids. Tennis courts are available through the tennis centre which is located over the road. Lawn green bowls welcome visitors. A massive tree came down in the storms and I... More

Not much to do here except lounge around on the grass. Few flowers and shrubs. Good for youth action though.

The public park was waterlogged but seemed to be nice, and would be lovely in the summer. A massive Lucombe Oak (Quercus Suber x Quercus Cerris) was the feature of this park, but in 2009 it unfortunately succumbed to old age and the elements. However, there is a very large Lucombe Oak specimen still in existence, which must be in... More
