nice clean beach with easier access than the one on devon cliffs , remember to take your change as it is pay and display parking public toilets and a café at the far end by the RLNI which is where we situated ourselves

Beach is lovely and sandy. Fairly clean. Easy to park right on the seafront. Parking costs reasonable for a seaside location. BIG BIG downer is the local seafront toilet facilities. Tried two different locations and they were absolutely the worse I have ever encountered. I will not go into details but I refused to allow my children to even step... More

Very good dog friendly area at the extreme East end, actual sand which is rare for a dog friendly beach area. Sea is clean and views across the bay amazing

We love visiting Exmouth as it is a very picturesque area. There is a lovely seafront area to have a walk along near the sea & everywhere looks well looked after. This resort isn't brash like some seaside places, the whole area has a relaxing feel about it. The beach is suitable for all, as it is very clean &... More

Surrounded by large brown cliffs, lots of seaweed, but sandy areas and rockpools and very clean beach and sea make this a great place to visit. Descent to beach is very steep though.

Lots of sand, lifeguards, nearby ice cream. Just the job for young children. Plenty of cafes nearby. Plenty of car parking, but, as is sadly the case everywhere, you have to pay. But don't despair, the charges are not steep. Visit Abys opposite the Octagon, good food, good service, won't break the bank. Anth0ny 1943

Stretches for 2 miles. Golden sands which are clean and well kept. Life Guards on duty all day and always alert to swimmers in sea outside recommended areas. A wonderful beach for all age groups.

There is virtually nothing to do here, I would say it suited old retirement age people walking the dog, not very tidy, not many shops, virtually nothing to do for children, our family were sorely disappointed
