Decided to take a trip to Exmouth with the dogs. We knew that this time of the year there were only certain parts of the beach we could walk the dogs so we ended up right at the end of queens drive. Paid £2 for 2 hours (£1 for one hour) for parking which we thought was a fair price.... More

Great long beach to walk along, clean and not too busy both times we went to it. The only thing I found a little annoying was that it's quite shingley in places, especially when going into/getting out of the sea - I had been spoiled though having visited Newquay the day before which had fantastic beaches.

A lovely stretch of beach. Lots of cafes and eateries to choose from. Off from the beach there are municipal gardens to enjoy and beautiful tearooms.

Before the Trades Descriptions Act this was 3 miles, but that included both Rodney Bay and Sandy Bay, accessible via the beach at low tide or over the cliffs at high water. but whenever you visit, you'll find a great walk, fabulous views and plenty of water sports to watch or join in. The sand bars give an additional dimension... More

If you want a great old fashioned good beach without much of the tat on the front, head for Exmouth beach. Nice sand . Dog free area , Nice and flat prom with just enough on it to keep you there for the day (if its sunny) . Good old fashioned parking on the prom so you can sit in... More

Loved the sea wall to sit by, sheltered and safe for kids. WHY are there dogs here??? And not on leads. Far too busy and a swimming beach, not ideal dogs sharing it really.
