A fantastic day out for all the family! You can ride on the deer train or take a goat for a walk! Get up close to the animals in the pet centre or burn off some energy in one of the three different soft play areas. There's also a museum of farming and a Victorian street as well as the vintage car and Reg Imray motorcycle collection. To top it all off there are daily ferret, lamb or duck racing shows and the excellent Hawkridge Bird of Prey display. Refuel in the fantastic restaurant with locally sourced, home cooked food.

country life is a great day out for everyone old and young! I live locally but well worth a visit if you are staying in the Exmouth area ideal solution if the weather is a bit changeable as a lot of the attractions are under cover, but plenty to do outside as well.

Visted while staying at Devon Cliffs with our 3 yr old. Had such a lovely day. There is so much to do here regardless of the weather. My daughter loved the play areas. It's such good value for money. I'd recommend a trip here if your in the area.

We visited recently during our short stay in Sidmouth, although I have not thought to Tripadvise this attraction, my husband and I have been here a few times previously (with my son, daughter-in-law and his children, as he owns a site at Devon Cliffs) and the World of Country Life is located on the entrance road to the holiday village.... We always visited World Of Country Life with our daughter when visiting Devon Cliffs as she loved it, we last visited when she was 11 yrs old. She is now 19 yrs old and at Uni but as it is a tradition we went without her. The park hasn't changed much but it is clean and the areas are well... More

We visited on a rainy day. We had details of the park before we went and saw there were lots of things to do undercover. 3 great indoor soft play areas for different age groups - our nearly 3 year old went on all 3 as term time so quiet but if holidays maybe more restricted. Just note although undercover... More

Make sure you allow enough time to make the most of this attraction. Family ticket (2 adults 2 children) £35. Really good value so much to do. Gran kids fed lambs, fed calves, deer and llamas. Add that to the indoor and outdoor activities and you have a minimum of 5 hours of true fun.

We visited this farm last week whilst staying at Devon cliffs Holiday park. The farm is literally at the entrance to the park. There's lots to do and see here and will suit a wide range of ages. We liked the walk through museum. We visited on a rainy day but there's quite a few things to do indoors including... More

We visited this week whilst on holiday at devon cliffs. The welcome we had when we arrived was really good and friendly! The place was really good for our 16 month old son! He enjoyed the museum part and also the animals! Really lovely how you can see the new lambs and goats and be able to feed them! He... More

Spent the day here with children and grandchildren whilst staying near sidmouth. Lots to see and do and all the soft play centres are included in the entrance fee. Goat walking a huge success with all the grandchildren and they loved the tractor ride to feed the llamas and deer although you do have to pay extra. The highlight of... More

Great to hear all your family enjoyed their day out with us back in October! We love getting dressed up for Halloween - so much so that this year we've introduced "Fancy Dress Friday" and our staff get dressed up in various different outfits every Friday! Also good to hear you enjoyed the goat walking and ferret racing show with... More

We visited for May Fourth and they had some Star Wars themed stuff happening but besides that, it's your traditional Devon Farm animals place. It was £40 for 2 adults and 3 kids to get in and there isn't that much to see. Some of the old stuff when you enter is pretty neat but the displays could do with... More

Thank you for your review and comments. Sorry to hear you thought some exhibits needed modernisation. We try to keep a balance between maintaining a traditional feel to the park whilst remaining current and up to date. We have invested heavily in various projects over the last few years to improve the experience for visitors and in 2014 we were... More
