Revisited Pennywell on a very warm Halloween. It is a stunning location and all the animals seem very well looked after and the talks interesting. There were a few issues on the day - the Rainbow Ride broke down (at least my three year old now knows a new verb 'to de-train') and the Tractor Ride also didn't seem to... More

I'm so sorry that there some issues on the day you visited but I can assure you that it was not because it was the end of the season. Our train did break down unfortunately and the only person on site that day able to fix it was also the tractor driver, hence him being a little late to open... More

I would snap at anyone who moans about the prices here... Yes it is expensive BUT we have done this to ourselves.... Before judging just think of how much their insurance policies cost!!! I don't know of anywhere else where you can get this close to animals these days! It's a wonderful experience for children and big kids ;)

Beautiful farm with so much to do for children. My two are 3 & 18 months but loved it. Very reasonable prices considering the array of activities. HIGHLY recommend and without a doubt would visit again if ever in the area again.

I visited with my wife and 3 grown up sons. Being a Thursday in mid-October the farm was pretty quiet. We had a brilliant time. The P.A. system had been taken out by a lightning strike but the staff made sure we know the 1/2 hourly events were taking place. To be able to sit and cuddle a baby "micro... More

Thank you for a lovely review! Our Go Carts are always open during weekends and school holidays but as there are not many over 8's during school term time we don't have the need to open it, however we will always open the ride up on request. More

Farmer was very friendy and entertaining.Various events kept my 3 year old entertained all day. Clean and tidy with lots of places to wash hands and sanitise. Restaurant meal was expensive but good portions and tasted good.Cakes and drinks are overpriced. Plenty of places to sit indoors , outdoors to have picnic, play area.Bird of prey talk was boring.Pig race... More

Overall a good trip out for anyone into animals in a hands on way. Piglets and other small animals to cuddle, (large) lancs to feed and many others to look at. Great children's play areas etc Good cafe too. Found a couple of religious notices rather disturbing. This is NOT the place for them no matter what the views of... More

Thank you for such a lovely review. The pigs never fail to delight and it's great that you enjoyed the hands on with the animals. The only notice that I can think of on site is a psalm at the top of the Pennywell tower which was not actually placed there by the owner. I'm very sorry if you found... More

I visited here at the beginning of September. It was good value for money to get in. My and my boyfriend decided to get animal feed from the shop which came in handy as you could feed most the animals there such as goats/ sheep/ reindeer/ chickens/ birds etc. We also went to the animal corner which you could hold... Thank you for a great 5 star review. Many of our visitors, particularly the adults, do spend hours with the miniature pigs and that's great! Piggy cuddles and lots of photos are actively encouraged so we are very pleased to hear that made the most of your visit and hope you will be back again soon. More

I went here today with my wife, was a fantastic afternoon, by far!! the best attraction weve visited so far during our holiday in Torquay. Handling the little piglets just topped it off. Well worth the money and the staff members were brilliant. Mark made it a very entertaining afternoon.
