You can see for miles around. Beautiful walks and very dog/family friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a free day out. Would be lovely to take a picnic and a camera here.

Wonderful views - walks - excellent Guard House Cafe with really helpful staff. BUT beware using the Premier car park nearby unless you're happy to pay £100 for the privelidge. We parked there for 2 hours and obtained a ticket for the correct time from the machine. About 6 weeks later we received a car parking fine for £60 even... More

It's a good place to take a walk. No matter you travel alone, walk the dogs, or enjoy family time, suits for any situation. Free to see the breath-taking, fabulous, stunning, beautiful scenery. You can take bus to go there, but it's also walking distance from town center. Totally recommend !

Great place to see the whole of Torbay. Even on a rainy day the walks are still awesome. On a windy day it is breath taking!! Literally!1 Pop into the café for some amazing food to warm you back up. \\

Gorgeous views and great to blow away cobwebs. Visit the Guardhouse Cafe for winter-warmers before heading back!

Love walking around this nature reserve and spotting the bird life. Last time we saw dolphins, this time not so lucky, but we did see guillemots on the cliffs. There are sheep inside the fort at the moment too. Views are stunning.the lighthouse is worth a glance and we enjoyed playing guards in the 4 sided guard house. if you... More

Parked up and did the walk with no real expectations as it doesn't look anywhere special. Got to the open area to see stunning views of the coastline...cliffs, waves, seabirds, rock formations and everything that is amazing about Devon. Maybe just the time of year, but felt really peaceful up there. Some interesting ruins of the fort and a café... More

A really nice walk with fantastic views. Car park fees were very reasonable, we walked along berry head, the kids flew their kite and played some football. We then left the car there and walked into Brixham and came back later in the day. A cheap family day out, but great fun.

Berry Head can be accessed by either following the signs once you get to Brixham or by following the South West Coast Path from Paignton or Kingswear. There is a pay and display car park at the entrance and you have to drive through a holiday park along some narrow lanes. Now we locals are quite happy to reverse to... More
