Don't use this ferry service! My family and I boarded a Greenway Ferry from Torquay to Paignton. The return trip was a nightmare ! The ferry arrived late to pick us up. As I disembarked the Ferry at Torquay Harbour, a loose box gave way from underneath me causing me and my sons pram that I was carrying to call... More

September 2014 we booked a mackerel fishing trip for our family. My wife sat down on the boat and realised she had sat in thick WET grey paint. Thank goodness it was not all over the children's hands too. We sent the shorts to Greenway Ferries who assured us of a refund. I have been chasing the refund for over... More

For £1 you can take the ferry from Torquay to Brixham fantastic value. From Brixham you can get a bus back to Torquay which runs every 10mins.

We took a trip in the summer from Brixham around to Dartmouth and up the river Dart on the fairmile. Not only did we get a beautiful view of the stunning coastline but also got a fascinating commentary from the crew on sites of interest but also got an amazing insight into the history of. Wartime vessel the fairmile which... More

Heavily subsidised service running when weather is good as you are in open sea. Great value at £2 return but expect no frills and you will be exposed to the elements. Great views of the coastline. The competition go further in to Torquay harbour but this one goes to the end of the palace pier which makes a nice walk... More

Last day of the season so should have realised it would be choppy! B ut it was warm and did not look choppy, but we all got quite wet which made everone who sat outside run for cover. Did put a smile on our faces though.

This was my favourite day out during my week's stay at Paignton. We caught the steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth which was enjoyable and brought back memories of years ago but the highlight of the week has to be the trip on the Fairmile, the only remaining British WW2 rescue boat, We went to Torcross, Blackpool Sands and Slapton... What great value for money at £10 per person for a whole day out. Beautiful scenery, great friendly staff and very informative. We booked inpromptu at kiosk on Brixham harbour. We were a family of 6 young and old age 11 to 80 and was something for everyone. Felt very organised and loved the feel of trip being run by... More
