Guernsey Milk !

Went mainly to see the Coppersmith on the grounds of the manor and to get a real handcrafted Guernsey milk can.

A wonderful few hours spent wandering around the subtropical gardens and viewing the sculptures and wildlife on the pond. After hand feeding the ducklings and enjoying what the tearoom had to offer we went on a tour of the manor house, which we found very interesting. Our tour guide Huub was incredibly knowledable and engaging, and he really bought the... More

We had a fantastic guide, Stuart, who was very easy to listen to. The house and its history is really interesting, even our two teenagers were interested!

Beautiful gardens with a tea room and wonderful sculptures dotting the grounds. Did not visit the manor house but spent time in the shop and coppersmith.

Guernesy as Jersey attractions are smaller and gentler than UK and once you get that in your head you won't be disappointed. Quite a lot to see and do. Sculptures are intersting. We enjoyed 9 holes on the par 3 golf course. Tea room a welcome addition. Didn't do the house tour as timings not right for us.

There is a variety of things to see and do, from an exhibition of modern sculpture to the sight of ducklings ploutering about in a shady pond. The cafe is also good, and the little shop has lots of unusual gifts and oddments.

Contrary to all the bad reviews me and my family went on the ghost tour and much to our delight it was extremely gripping. The man that took us round was very friendly and humours making the whole experience that little bit better. The story's were intense and hooked you into the spooky sequence of events I would highly recommend... More

We have enjoyed the Manor Gardens before but were disappointed on this visit. The house tour was very well done and very interesting - well worth the entry fee. The sculpture trail was not so good - pieces were not as strong as in other years and did not match those listed in the guide; the trail appeared neglected and... More

The Victorian Garden in Sausmarez Park is a delight. It has been brought back to life after a period of neglect, very sympathetically my only criticism is that it is not sign posted or advertised more. The volunteers who work there are mines of information and keen to explain what they are working on.

Sorry but there was nothing there !! Needs a new Heart putting in. So disappointed. Some new blood is perhaps needed to bring the Garden back to life.
