Very clean and great place for kids

Miles of great sand to play on and nice shallow water to splash in, plenty of room to play games and to just walk on the beach

Lovely beach but not a lot else there. Not a typical uk seaside resort with cafes and ice creams. Not a bucket and spade shop in sight

Enjoyed lovely walks on this beautiful sandy beach. The tide when out allows you to walk the causeway to Elizabeth Castle.

The tide stays out for so long it would be a long walk to the sea at times! In March we didn't sit on the beach but I'm sure we would enjoy it in summer.

This is a lovely tidal beach with good quality sand, ideal for daytime walks when the tide is out all the way out to Elizabeth Castle. Lots of changing scenery with the tides and wildlife, also ideal for sitting on the very long promenade and just watching the world pass by.

Large sandy beach with beautiful surroundings. Ideal beach for families. Lovely beach to walk along during the out of season months

Absolutely love the beach. Walked the full 3 miles of it and then a further 12 along the coast. Heaven!

are there any bad beaches on Jersey? Certainly St Heliers is as impressive as others we saw on the Island, with the additional backdrop of Elizabeth Castle
