We have never visited Reg's Garden in all the years we have been coming to Jersey so thought we would change that this year. Glad we have seen it now as it is due to close permanently in September, which goes some way to explain the condition it was in. The plants and flowers were nice to look at, as... More

We came across the garden whilst visiting the lavender farm and could not resist looking around. We particularly appreciated the small amphitheatre in the grounds. This is a real garden and is charming. It is always interesting to see enthusiasts’ gardens. This garden has lots of character but don’t expect neatly manicured lawns. Reg is retiring his garden at the... More

Paid a visit after seeing reviews on trip advisor. It has become a little run down, judging by the earlier reviews, but it was still tranquil and restful to visit on the warm day we were there. It is a pity the owner is closing for good in September, and I can imagine that in its heyday, with lots of... More

This as it says is a person's garden, but what a garden the pond or lake with its water fall is excellent, along with the many plants and novelties that children would enjoy, the garden also has nice places to sit and relax. You will probably meet the owner Reg, we did, he has some fascinating stories about his garden... More

it is very nice place to visit in jersey, it is nice , well organised, and worth to spend time there if it is sunny weather. if you are lucky, and Mr.Reg in a good mood (like what happened with us) , he will offer you nice coffee and biscuit for free really enjoyed the gardens, and the long chat... This is a lovely haven of interesting plants and a rather large water feature powered by a waterfall. This is Reg's private garden, open for free (but please give something towards charity) and a very pleasant 30 minutes or so. The kids will enjoy the fairy rooms! He's planning to close it down at the end of 2015, sadly!

My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting Reg himself when we visited at the end of March. This garden was relatively easy to find just off a bus route, you will see it signposted. We saw a lovely collection of pretty chickens wandering around in a field next door and there are ducks, moorhens and Marmaduke, the beautiful... More

I read about this garden on a free map I picked up from the tourist office. I had a bit of an adventure finding it. I walked up the steps of the memorial park in St Brelades car park and asked a local man where it was - about 500 yards away off the main road. It is basically next... More

We were tempted by other reviews and actively sought out this garden, which is free to view. However Reg is soon to give up the gardens and sadly it showed. It all seemed very ramshackle and a little lost. A real shame.
