I recently visited Tayto park and i found it to be a fantastic day out. All the rides were extremely exciting so much so that i went on almost every ride and some four or five times. I really enjoyed my day at Tayto park and i am definitely going there for my birthday.

Went here with my husband and two daughters before school started back and booked a 2 night hotel break which included entrance to the park. Arrived early about 9.50am on a Saturday and didn't have to queue to get in or to purchase wristbands, very lucky when I have read other reviews!!!! Headed straight for the popular rides first which included... More

I took my 3 kids age 7,10,12 here and they had a ball. We arrived at 10.30 and didn't leave to 5.00. Lots to see and do for all ages including a mini zoo, huge park and the excellent dinosaur world. The theme park is very good and as we went on a Tuesday we didn't have to queue for... More

Issue 1, €14 each in the door, then €15 wristband for 3 kids, my 2year old was free good job cause there was very little for him to go on, I'm heavily pregnant at the minute so I think €14 charge is a bit much to walk around. Factory was such a let down looking in windows at machines that... More

We brought our very excited 9yr old son here for a fun day out before he goes back to school and we brought home a very upset child. The queue going in was big but moved fairly fast, joined another queue to buy wristbands for the rides which turned out to be a complete waste of money as he only... More

We visited on the 29th of August 2015. Let me start with the good. The roller coaster is fantastic, up there with Blackpools The Big One or Thorpe Parks Stealth. The Zip line if also great fun. Unfortunately due to the queues they're the only ones I can tell you about. The Factory Tour was a non event, look through... More

I visited Tayto Park during a recent visit to Ireland with my family. As some reviewers have pointed out you pay to get in the park then you either pay €15 each for an all day wristband or buy tokens for each ride or attraction you go on. This can work out quite expensive if you visit as a family... More

Nice park but only less than a handful of rides for adults. All for children but age rated for some. I recommend coming with family/friends. Queues can be long at times. But BEWARE: You have to pay for tokens to go on rides on top of the money you pay at the entrance. €1 = 1 Token.

My husband and I recently took my granddaughter and her boyfriend to Tayto park. It's an Irish theme park so one has to assume although its summer it will probably rain and it did. The wooden roller coaster did look spectacular and dominates the skyline. The queues for everything were horrendous. The four of us decided to go on the... More

I visited Tayto park with my family for the first time last monday. Have to say the facilities are amazing and it is well laid out. However I will not be returning. The park is very badly managed and if the management took a step back and looked how it is run it could be amazing. First of all the... More
