A proper authentic family run pub. Friendly and engaging staff. A great pub if you have the chance to pop in! More

new motorways keep us whizzing bye,but we say you should take the time to turn off and see how such progress can have an adverse effect on an old charming places like this.But what a charming place it is and well worth a stop off for food or a few nights accomodation More

We saw the signs on the road, and needed a pit stop mid morning after leaving Dublin, so we pulled in. So quaint, charming, just like old Ireland. We had brown bread and tea by the fire---wonderful. Wish we were hungry enough for lunch as the beef stew looked and smelled really good. More

A fantastic family run country pub with great food and wonderful, creamy pints of Guinness. My brother reckons their steak is the best he's ever tasted. Staff are incredibly friendly.
