Booked a tour for 11am from Galway, arrived at Galway Coach station with time to spare, bus was on timetables, but never showed up. I could never recommend O'Neachtain Tours. We used them for a tour out of Galway to the Cliffs of Mohr. Their bus was older, dirty and cramped compared to other bus tours we used in Ireland.
