Beautiful sand- so clean and the best views in Connemara! The sea is so blue and the beach is not crowded. It is a lovely walk from the hotel to the beach the water is clean and clear and ona sunny warm summer day you would think with the turquoise water you were in the Caribbean!

We stayed here for a week with our two young children. Beautiful Beach and the views in connemara are just breathtaking. The Campsite was a disappointment and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! We arrived later than anticipated following a 5 hour drive and when I went to check in I was abrubtly informed that the office... More

Clean and easily accessible. Miles of sand, great for walking. Flat beach, didn't seem to have any sudden drops.

This isn't the best beach for swimming as there were lots of jelly fish when we went but there are good beaches near by like "Dog's Bay".

Being avid campers for over 10 years we have visited and enjoyed a lot of campsites Countrywide and enjoyed each and every one so when we chose this campsite I expected nothing less.....wrong. When we arrived (my husband, our 3 girls and my mum) my husband and I went into the office we said we would like to book for... More

Extremely clean beach, really quiet and with outstanding natural beauty. As a bonus a proper car park and entrance way is being built. Sand is mainly fine.

The beech is the only attraction to this place, when I went into the office to check in, I felt like I was in the principles office been spoken down to, and after the interview to see if we were good enough to stay here, the rules were read out to me, and boy were there a lot of rules,... More
