This was incredible. Really big store with gorgeous hand made wooden rockers and furniture. Beautiful clothes. Old time barrels with candy. Workers were extremely helpful and friendly. Were able to take our pets in the store. We actually purchased a rocker which they will be shipping to us. Heidi who we dealt with for the rocker went out of her... More

so after walking the east tennesee history museum and putting this general store into context with what they say is a true general store. This store is pretty much right on. I ended up going twice because I wanted to see the downstairs as well before I made a review. When you walk In the clothes are up front and... More

I love this store! It has such a great variety of things that makes it the perfect spot to pick up a gift for just about anyone. It has retro toys, old fashioned candy, fresh popcorn by the bag, kitchen items, dog items, garden items, clothing, and hiking/outdoor gear. Love it!

This store is located in downtown Knoxville on South Gay Street, among other stores and restaurants. The store carries a great variety of clothing, accessories, knick knacks, etc. my husband and I were excited to find some of the hard to find (near home) colas, such as Cheerwine and Nehi, in the long neck bottles. Overall, the prices in the... More

This is a great stop for everyone in the family and for couples too! If you are in need of hiking boots or comfy walking shoes this is your stop. They sell the "Life is Good" brand. You will also find barrels of candy that will amaze and also delight someone searching for a pastime favorite. Think country and woods... More

My wife and I stopped here last week and shopped for about an hour. It was an enjoyable experience for both of us. We especially like the old fashioned candy and toy sections, and bought a few Christmas gifts for our grandkids.

If you are in the downtown Knoxville area this is a great place to shop. It is full of nostalgic items from the past, plus nice higher end clothing such as Patagonia. There is also a nice old fashioned candy section. A great place to spend some time and relive some memories from your childhood.
