The Convention Center is a great place ~ good sized, kept cool but not frigid like some convention centers. The only suggestions I would have is to have more seating out in the hallways and lounging areas, as well as have some more food vendors. My mother needed to walk with a cane, and while there were some great rocking... More

Super venue for a very large crowd. There is plenty of space and it's kept cool and comfortable. the staff working there was great with all the children running around.

A tiny fraction of the size of most other Convention Centers. It is one room! It takes about 15 minutes to walk through the "Home Show" here and that is with looking at everything twice!

Attended a Regional Robotics competition here last Friday and Saturday. They had set aside some designated parking for this that was sufficient on Friday but not Saturday. However, if you read ahead, the State lots, there is one across the street, are free on the weekends. It rained, so we did have to walk in the rain and the pedestrian... More

Went to the House and Garden show today. Parking is a joke. The signs turn you left away from the place and then just END. We used Primiere Parking - the machine to take your money was broken - would not take charge card either. SO the parking ended up costing 20,00. Then once inside you have no clue where... More

Great place for a volleyball tournament. Only downside is not allowing the teams to bring in outside food and drinks this can get pricey fast when you are playing and sucking back waters.

Went to see a gymnastics meet with my grandson. Easy to find - parking lots nearby. Center is huge. Facilities plentiful and very clean.

I have been here for several different events. It is a very nice facility with a good space. I recommend trying to make it out to an event there.

The walking distance in this place to any where in this place is crazy!! Take your walking shoes with you! We have gone to several private parties here and wearing dress shoes to get to these rooms is almost impossible!! It also seemed that every time we went there the escalators we shut down!! Even had they been working the... More

The facility accommodated our group of 200 well. We used a large room for some meetings and breakout rooms for others. The facility is large enough to meet the needs of a much larger group. The caterer for event providing excellent buffet food. The convention center is located next to the World's Fair Park. Knoxville hosted a World's Fair in... More
