I love being able to attend ANY event at the Bijou. The productions are always varied, so just about everyone can find something they'll enjoy. The acoustics of the auditorium are just right whether you're seated in the front row or in the back of the balcony, and the architecture adds so much to the ambiance. I highly recommend enjoying... I've been to several concerts at the Bijou and have really enjoyed the venue. It only seats about 700 people so you can get a good view of the stage from almost anywhere!

We attended "Hal and Phil: Off the Record" last night. It was our first visit to this theater. Even though our seats were ten rows back from the front, we could see and hear fine. The lighting and sound seem to be updated. And the interior was in good shape. As we were on the end of the row, facing... More

I attend the Chambers here. It is a small theater so you can hear the music and see the orchestra members. The seating is not cramped.

Wife and I attended the Ralph Stanley bluegrass concert and it was ALMOST perfect. The theater is small easy to access and sound was very good. We had front row seats and it was like being on stage..and the seats are comfortable. But they allow photographers to come up front and take pictures. This is very disrtacting...having someone crawling around... More

My husband and I saw a comedy show as well as a concert here. Both experiences were great. Very helpful staff. It's a small venue so there is not a bad seat in the house.

We attended a show March 31st featuring Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder. We were very impressed with this historic and renovated theater. The acoustics were outstanding! This is a small venue theater (about 700 seats), but there is not a bad seat in the house. Our seats were in the balcony, but we still felt close to the stage. Can't... More

Great atmosphere and affordable concert venue. If you are over 5'10" be ready to squirm and hit your knees on the seat backs. People were shorter when this place was built.
