Great place to pick your own

The Fruit and Berry Patch is a great place to pick your own fruit. Strawberry, Apple and Pumpkin seasons are great times to visit...

According to the Patch's information August is the time of year when apples, peaches, blueberries and grapes should be available. We were disappointed with the lack of availability of all of these except apples and peaches. Unfortunately, the peaches did not look very good and we already had apples at home. The proprietor was very friendly, so we will return... More

You can pick your own or buy. I have always just bought. The fruits Re good; they also have jelly and some pastry items. The fried pies are good and I think the pound cakes are excellent. Local place, friendly people, good stop.

The fruit is always good!! Love the staff, they wouldn't sell you anything if it wasn't just right! I go quite a bit and they always have great stuff. Pies and jams too!!

This locale managed by Mr. Fox has been consistent for "pick your own" fresh produce in the Halls area (North Knox County) for some time. They even offer some fruit already picked in their store, as well as local honey and baked goodies such as fried pies of various flavors. This year they have added very tasty BBQ pork sandwiches... My husband and I stopped here on our way thru Knoxville and picked the most beautiful basket of blackberries for a cobbler. It was fun, as people just don't do things like pick their own fruits any longer. It was nice to relive a childhood memory. We also bought a few pies including blackberry (can you tell I have a... So much fun taking the family out to pick their own delicious fruits! The fried pies are amazing. The fall is an excellent time to visit as well.

We found the Berry Patch last year, every fruit & vegetable we have bought from there has been above & beyond delicious. Their slushies are fabulous and today we tried their homemade donuts - we're hooked on those too! Jeff, one of the owners is always very friendly and always very helpful as to when certain produce will be in.

We read about their fried pies. They were better than their reviews! Absolutely delicious and very homemade! And the price was very reasonable! We brought 6 dried apple pies back with us! And they made them after we ordered them, fresh! Worth the trip!

Little, handheld treasures....so good, I dare ya not to buy one, or two or three!! :D Do yourself... More
