We recently boarded the Volunteer Princess for a relaxing summer dinner cruise. This is an enjoyable way to see Knoxville while having dinner. The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. We had two different entrees, and both were tasty and included dessert. Our overall experience on every Volunteer Princess cruise has been positive, and we encourage people to experience the... The process from beginning to end was extremely professional. The event was beyond my expectations. Guest are still calling and telling us what a wonderful time they had. The food was awesome. The staff top notch. I highly recommend having your events at this location.

Hubby and I took the Volunteer Princess for our Anniversary. The dinner was just ok, I am a vegetarian and so the food wasn't that great. The cruise was at night and there was no narrator to describe anything that we were looking at and that was not alot since it was dark and we could see nothing.. It is... More

I visited the Volunteer Princess for a networking meeting. It was the most fun I have ever had at a meeting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got to try several of their food items including Baked ham, baked ziti, bbq chicken sliders, and apple crisp a la mode. They were all good, but the ham was my favorite.... More

The Civil War Cruise is a great way to enjoy Knoxville from the Tennessee River. We took the five o'clock tour on a Saturday evening. The crew is delightful and the captain engaging, humorous, and very knowledgeable on the part Knoxville played during the War. He threw in many other interesting facts about the surrounding area. We will take this... More

This is our 12th Trip on the Volunteer Princess Cruise. As always, the food was excellent. From the time you board to fish - Great The staff is extremely friendly. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. Will see you soon again.

My husband booked a sunset dinner cruise "Gold Package" for our 20th anniversary. It was a wonderful surprise and we had a great time. We were seated in the front of the boat. Had a bottle of chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting on us when we arrived. The hot crab and artichoke dip appetizer is delicious and gave... More

My Husband booked the dinner cruise for our Anniversary & we went on a Friday night (starlight dinner cruise?). I considered wearing jeans but was really glad I didn't because I would've been the only one in jeans.... I ended up wearing a dress & was glad I did- some were wearing formal dresses, I was dressed slightly more casual... More

Don't waste your time on this, please. First of all, I purchased a Groupon Certificate for this dinner cruise for our wedding anniversary. As soon as we boarded the boat, the lady asked for my Groupon certificate, which I wasn't advised to bring. When I made the reservation, I was only told to bring our boarding pass, which was emailed... More

We reserved a dinner cruise for Boom Days. I expected much less than was delivered. I did expect a great viewing spot for the fireworks, and that excelled. The leisurely stroll up the Tennessee River delivered a great perspective of the bountiful beauty, but the real surprise was the grand attentive service. I expected very mediocre food but was very...
